National Archives foot-dragging on Biden e-mails request
The Southeastern Legal Foundation a FOIA request in June for 5,300 emails from Joe to Hunter Biden dating from his vice-presidency from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) said it’s in possession of over 5,300 emails and documents potentially containing pseudonyms that President Biden reportedly used during his vice presidency, a new lawsuit reveals.
The Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) sued NARA on Monday demanding all Biden vice presidential records and communications related to three email accounts: robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.
“We have performed a search of our collection for Vice Presidential records related to your request and have identified approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files and 200 pages of potentially responsive records that must be processed in order to respond to your request,” read the email on June 24, 2022.
The lawsuit comes after House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer sent a letter to NARA requesting unredacted emails communications between Biden and his son related to Ukraine and Burisma and all documents related to the pseudonyms.
To date the SLF has yet to receive one of the requested mails. NARA isn’t making anyone happy, are they? “You’re on the waiting list” is not something folks like to hear, even (or especially) Congresscritters.
Heck, I’d be happy just to hear why the sitting Vice-President of the United States feels he has to use a pseudonym for an official government account. Must have been afraid Hillary’s server wouldn’t wipe it or something.

We can’t question the current Resident-in-Chief. His emails are his personal business, unlike the day-to-day activities of his predecessor, and as the most legitimately elected Resident in history he is beyond reproach.
You see, those email addresses, like Billary’s private server, were purpose-made to defeat our enemies’ attempts to compromise those at the highest levels of government. If we didn’t have Mega-American families like the Clintons, Obamas, and Bidens, our country would be completely unlike what it is today.
Oh, wait, the US might actually be better without the likes of the aforementioned families? With a thriving economy, far less crime, and closed borders permitting only those who are vetted and go through a process to cross? Meaning at minimum, a prerequisite 3-out-17 people willfully violated the rights of American citizens not once, not twice, but three separate times in furtherance of political spying with the aim to discredit the then-incoming elected official and his staff.
