Robert Novak passes
The best quote I’ve read from the late conservative columnist comes from the Washington Times;
Look, I’m not David Broder, Mr. Novak told the Washington Monthly in a 2004 profile. I’m not one of the real good guys. They try to make things nicer. That’s not my deal.
Mr. Novak contended that he began his career as a moderate, becoming more conservative only because of the impact of his reporting on his political ideas.
I suppose he’d take some measure of joy from the fact that the Democratic Underground warned their denizens to “stay classy” when they announced his death;
Of course, right out of the blocks, they ignore the warning;
And it’s downhill from there
It even gives them a chance to take a shot at Tom DeLay.
And then they wonder why we dislike them so much.
But, I wish Mr. Novak some peace and my condolences to his family.

You stay classy, leftards. What a bunch of f-ing douches. It is people like this that make me question my commitment to defending my nation. If only the enemy targeted the douchebags, I’d have no problem letting them through the wire.
Ok, that was improper. But I do wish them ill.
With you on this one, Matt.
With Bob Novak gone, there are no opposing views in the msm.
Time and again, we see this deplorable behavior. It would suck to be them and be bitter, nasty individuals…That’s what Novak got and they don’t. RIP to you, sir.
Yes, they do degenerate, though calling him “The Prince of Darkness” is not really a lack of classiness as I see it. He apparently really enjoyed that title, reveled in it. I think he took it as a badge of honor that he was such a magnet, that he was doing something right to earn so much distaste.
“Never forget who you are, for surely the world won’t. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, and it will never be used to hurt you.” – Tyrion Lannister
It’s the later idiocy that’s inexcusable though.
