If they were given Ivermectin or some other ineffective treatment as a part of a study the subjects have to give consent and be able to give consent. So I’m not sure what your question is?
From early on, many people including whole other countries were using ivermectin as a treatment, but in this country, the left and the drug companies ridiculed and prevented such treatments, in favor of high pressure ventilators and other “treatments” that increased mortality.
The studies I linked just showed that those of us advocating ivermectin as a treatment all along were correct, and that most likely those against it knew it, they just wanted the drug companies to release a new patented (read extremely high profit) treatment / vaxx instead.

Viral vector vaccines have never had a high confidence level. It wasn’t going to work and I never bothered with it since I had natural anti-bodies as I had the virus prior to the vaccine being released.
In fact I don’t use products from any of those companies. Especially not when good Tennessee Whiskey (the healtiest of all alcohols) is available and I have a gym membership.

By the way, it’s ironic, with a capital I, that Black Lives Matter showed up at the rally, denouncing “gun crime” when the shooter was, wait for it, a black male.
Apparently little Hogg-boy is still considered a useful idiot by the left, otherwise he’d be thrown away on the same ash heap they tossed the likes of Cindy Sheehag and Bradley Manning on, alongside others no longer deemed useful to them.
He’s on the way to the ash heap, the local media barely mentioned him, and I’m sure that the people who watched the local NBC and ABC outlets for their news have no idea who he was. His claim to fame was only mentioned by the BLM 6pm news reader on our local FOX outlet. No idea what the CBS outlet said.

Concur, nothing reliable to suggest Hogg wasn’t at the school at the time.
I despise when either side of an issue resorts to manipulation of information over allowing the facts to speak for themselves. Sadly, narrative trumps truth in popular society.
Hogg speaks from his own perspective, with obvious ignorance of firearms (not surprising in a 17-year old from his generation). He’s entitled to that (now-intentionally) naïve opinion.
Many in this forum have had different experiences (also as teenagers) in which access to – and knowledge of – firearms offered a better alternative than simply hiding in a closet. Those opinions are just as valid.
Damning evidence that either is falsified, that has a place in the debate. Unreliable speculation does not.
Hogg is an idiot by his own rights. It’s brought him a lot of publicity and personal benefit, but I’ve yet to see any real evidence that it’s built on anything like stolen valor. He’s just a professional stupid.

IIRC there was news video of him while the school was still locked down, where he stated he was at home, then rode his bicycle back to school after he heard about the shooting.

Edited to add that this interview is well after the Parkland school shooting.
He doesn’t say he wasn’t at the school during the shooting, that is simply a poor assumption made by inattentive (or deliberately obtuse) listeners.
He said he grabbed his camera and rode his bike to the school to get interviews. We can certainly agree that he wasn’t at the school when he was getting his camera. I guess he left out that he; [went back to the school]. He did that because he was a student journalist with his own campus TV show at the time.
If you read the above link I posted it will show interviews with witnesses that confirm he was there and videos of him on campus during the shooting. Or the Earth can stay flat. But you are doing yourself a disservice to try and turn it into a another Sandyhook based upon a simple misunderstanding.
