Election spending: Beto and Stacey’s spending, Soros’ success

| November 12, 2022

The exact total varies, but between the last three campaigns Beto O’Rourke running for Senator, President, and Texas Governor, Beto has spent a LOT of money to accomplish… nothing. Estimates range from $175,000,000  to “only” $140,000,000.

Tim Young, a conservative comedian, pointed out how much money O’Rourke has wasted in his failed gambits for elected office.

“Between his Senate and Governor’s races, Beto has wasted roughly $140 million in Democrat fundraising… Congrats!” he wrote.

“Beto O’Rourke losing an election is one of those holiday season traditions that really makes you nostalgic,” joked Mediaite’s Caleb Howe.

When Abrams’ race was called, (Glenn) Greenwald tweeted, “And there goes another $105m in Dem money up in smoke.

Between them, the two spent well north of $200,000,000 to each lose by almost double-digit margins.

George Soros, on the other hand, is having great success buying DAs.

Soros’ district attorney operation involves his longtime treasurer, Whitney Tymas, establishing “pop-up” political action committees in states where he targets the prosecutor races. Once set up, the financier injects money into the PACs, which tend to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars backing his preferred candidates. The PACs typically dissolve after the elections.

Far-left district attorney candidates who appeared on November ballots and received backing from billionaire George Soros have swept their elections, according to a nationwide search of records and election results.

Fox News Digital performed a 50-state search of campaign finance databases and identified at least four prosecutor candidates who received financial backing from Soros and won their November elections, including two newcomers and two candidates he’s previously backed.        *

Some of those backed include Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, Kimberly Graham in Iowa, Jackie Sartoris, Cumberland County’s Democratic District Attorney, Texas’ Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzalez and Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot. Other DA purchases include Geroge Gascon in LA, former SF DA Chesa Boudin (the one whose parents were Weather Underground members – he was thrown out in a recall), as well as Kim Foxx in Chicago and Kim Gardner in St. Louis (her list of failings and controversies is too long to list.) Then there’s Soros’ policing efforts:

Additionally, Soros has funneled cash into an effort that calls for abolishing the police. In 2019 and 2020, his Foundation to Promote Open Society, a nonprofit in his sprawling network, earmarked $4.5 million to the Community Resource Hub for Safety and Responsibility, Fox News Digital previously reported.

Soros’ cash helped create the group, which has reviewed “alternatives to policing in the context of police abolitionist frameworks,” the group’s memo to organizers said.

Soros’ Open Society Policy Center, his advocacy nonprofit, also pushed a $500,000 donation into the failed 2021 effort to “dismantle” and replace the Minneapolis police department. That effort was spearheaded by far-left activists and supported by Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar.    *

Me, I think Soros is a bad player, and every time I see his name I am reminded of Henry II’s question about Thomas Becket. Oh, and think of this: The combined salaries of ALL the positions filled by everyone named above is probably less than that $4.5 million Soros made to ONE group.  As an ROI, sure sounds a little fishy, doesn’t it?

Coming soon:  Anyone want to set up a pool for the upcoming Warnock-Walker runoff costs? I’m thinking it’s going to make the Fetterman-Oz race look like chump change, especially if the Senate split is 49-50 by then, which it will likely be.

H/t to my friend Jim for the meme.

Anyone notice the Soros puppets are in crime riddles shit-holes that come to mind the old game: __________ or Baghdad?
When they same “reimagine” policing is going to “police forces”, but its going to be a political police force ruling Democrats. Think of flying squads of trench coats and jack-booted uniforms like the Gestapo, Checka, or Stasi.
That is the goal. The plan is hire DA’s that will let all the criminals run wild, the cities will be in complete chaos and anarchy, and the people will grant emergency powers to regain control. Sound familiar? Yeah, basically every dictator’s play book. The Dems loved to protect their desires for fascism and tyranny on their opponents, but THAT is their long game.

Soros learned well as a childhood Nazi.. he’ an international criminal who should be in jail or dead. It’s a complete travesty of justice that he’s allowed to be involved in our elections. He wants nothing more than to destroy the country that was largely responsible for the destruction of his beloved third Reich, and be the man responsible for the rise of the 4th in it’s place..

If the CIA worked as Tom Clancy imagined it would…

Jawohl, comrade– chaos in streets requires iron control of those who might complain!

Abolishing the police sounds like a dandy of an idea. Without rule of law I can finally establish that pirate kingdom I’ve always wanted. Just throw a chain across the local river and start collecting “taxes” on barge traffic. When the Federal G-Man shows up he better be rolling heavy

In the grand scheme of theirs, the demonrats could probably care less about guvernator jobs. The real power comes from control of the lawmakers (Kongress Klown Kritters) and enforcers (DAs).

The Ballot Box (they count the votes) nor the jury box (they control those) is going to save our Republic. Fill up your personal 3rd box.

In other news the #2 Democratic Party Donor went down in flames last week with his crypto exchange FTX. Former multi-billionaire Sam Binkman- Fried was found to have transfered 10s of billions out of the exchange to… nobody knows exactly where….

He was likely gambling on the markets which have been stubbornly Southward lately. If he played options it seems likely the money is gone forever.

Good Sam donated over $100,000,000 to the dems last cycle. About a sound of an investment as whatever else he was doing.
