4 victims in deadly high-speed crash on I-75 identified

Jason Braverman
Four people were killed on I-75 when the car they were in crashed and caught on fire after a Monroe County sheriff’s deputy attempted to pull them over for speeding on Sunday.

Monroe County coroner Joey Proctor said the four people all came from the Griffin area and he identified them as: Tyron Barrett, 17; Jarvis Redding, 18; Oman Ellis, 21; and G’Nai Foster, 22.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that the deputy clocked a Dodge Charger at around 102 miles per hour near the High Falls Road exit just outside of Macon. The driver sped up to around 170 miles per hour, the sheriff’s office said, and the crash was discovered a short time later in the wood line.

Sheriff’s officer shot, killed man who jumped from window as officers moved in on Topeka hotel room

Tim Hrenchir, Topeka Capital-Journal
A fugitive jumped from a window about 7:30 a.m. Sunday as uniformed Shawnee County Sheriff’s deputies converged on the room where he’d been staying in a hotel in the 1200 block of S.W. Wanamaker Road, said Sheriff Brian C. Hill.

A deputy saw the man, 38-year-old Jason D. Ickler, get behind the wheel of a car in the parking lot, Hill said Monday.

“When the deputy approached the vehicle, the suspect engaged the vehicle and accelerated towards the deputy,” he said. “The deputy then discharged his duty weapon while trying to avoid being struck by the vehicle.”

Today’s double trifecta brought to us courtesy of our own Gun Bunny. Just, damn.

Americans have the right and advantage of being armed – unlike the citizens of other countries whose governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. — James Madison, The Federalist Papers No. 46 at 243-244.

FIRST, and 6 more off the streets, feeding the worms. I am told that the stolen Dodge, in Georgia, could be picked up by two guys and a couple of wheelbarrows.

But you just know that these the family members of these yutes will file a lawsuit against the police department because if they did not pursue these choir boys, there would not have been a collision.

President Elect Toxic Deplorable Racist SAH Neande

And the deputy would not have pursued those choir boys if they weren’t already going 100+mph at the time. They were an accident waiting to happen. It was inevitable that those choir boys would join the “‘choir invisible”. (see any Norwegian blues?)

Spot on Tox and Hack. “If you or someone you know has been killed during a high speed pursuit, you may be entitled to compensation…1-8WE-SUE-4YOU…CALL NOW!” That stretch of I-75 is well known for having a patrol cruiser parked in the same spot…for DECADES….24/7/365…GSP/Monroe SO/City of Forsyth PD. Sometimes all three (3). DOT built them a nice little turn around/parking spot so they can see and go in either direction.

Two (2) suicide by cop and four (4) by trees. WW is surely grinning.

“…first double stack polymer frame…” *sigh* FTA “…wait with baited breath…” Wonder if Ol’ Boy was snacking on red wigglers, night crawlers, crickets, or minnows?

The 2nd A doesn’t give you the right to bear arms, it prevents the grubermint from taking your arms. Molon Labe, mofos.

To avoid any law suits from the family members, the LEO’s involved should have been using the Fergussen effect by not doing any car stops, pursuits etc and cooped behind a strip mall talking about retirements and wage increases. I wonder if the speeders were playing the song Hot Rod Lincoln on an 8 track as they sped into eternity. Nice night for a roast.

OK, really, am I the only one here?
Going for the low hanging fruit…

Those 4 gents bought the ticket and done rode the ride. My parents always told me ‘you are the company you keep’. Often true as those idiots put my bacon too close to the fire but ultimately I lived and (supposedly) learned. Those kids didn’t. Sucks to suck.

Just got back from the cesspool known as Hartford for a protest on the opening of the ‘legislative’ session. Good showing of about 600 people of various mindsets, united on the notions of Liberty for All. Too much crap on docket and trapped in “leaders'” empty skulls to mention here. Lets just say, if these aliens even if they accomplish a margin of these subversions of our rights, I will be pushed from the land my ancestors fought for and conquered.

Pray for Connecticut, and when she perishes from this earth, remember her as she was.

The first four deaths don’t count toward a trifecta cuz those dumb bastards, or anyway the one driving, killed themselves. I call upon our beloved Claw to issue a ruling, if anyone disputes my assessment.
