Anthony Fauci as a “father” of SARS-COV-2?
Project Veritas allegedly obtained documents, straight from the military, tying the United States to the development of SARS-COV-2. Reports indicate that DARPA initially rejected this kind of research, but Anthony Fauci gave it a green light.

SARS-COV-2 is an American-created recombinant bat vaccine, or its precursor virus. It was created by an EcoHealth Alliance program at the Wuhan institute of Virology (WIV), as suggested by the reporting surrounding the lab leak hypothesis. The details of this program have been concealed since the pandemic began. These details can be found in the EcoHealth alliance proposal response to the DARPA PREEMPT program Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HR00118S0017, dated March 2018 – a document not yet publicly disclosed.
The contents of the proposed program are extremely detailed. Peter Daszak lays out step-by-step what the organization intends to do by phase and by location. The primary scientists involved, their roles, and their institutions are indicated. The founding plan for the WIV work is its own document. The reasons why nonpharmaceutical interventions like masks and medical countermeasures like the mRNA vaccines do not work well can be extrapolated from the details. The reasons why the early treatment protocols work as curatives are apparent.
SARS-Cov-2’s form as it emerged is likely as a precursor, deliberately virulent, humanized recombinant SARSr-Cov that was to be reverse engineered into a live attenuated SARSr-Cov bat vaccine. Its nature can be determined from analysis of its genome with the context provided by the EcoHealth Alliance proposal. Joining this analysis with US intelligence collections on Wuhan will aid in this determination.
When synthesized with the EcoHealth Alliance proposal, US collections confirm EcoHealth Alliance was performing the work proposed. The analysts produce their reports in a vacuum, absent that context the proposal provides. As a fellow at DARPA, I could see both, and can do the synthesis. For instance, WIV personnel identified in intelligence reports are named in the proposal, these people use the lexicon of the proposal in the collections, and the virus variance proposed for experimentation are identical to those gleaned by collections. Moreover, I am also privy to information obtained by congressional office investigators and by DRASTIC, which further corroborates that the program detailed in the BAA response was conducted until it was shut down in April 2020.

Some of us suspected and suggested from the very FIRST (ht 2 Roh-Dog) that the ChineseCommunist Originated Viral Infecting Disease of 2019 was deliberately engineered and released upon the World as a tool of people control. 4)F-PDJT allowed the Big Pharma Co.s to sidestep liability.

A bit busy, so I’ll try to be short – but there’s a lot to cover here. So let me focus on three things – gain-of-function (GOF) research, Fauci’s role, and Murphy’s report. GOF: As I’ve said before, I certainly lean towards the ‘lab leak’ theory (though not the further ‘out-there’ version where this was an intentional act of bioterrorism). And when you start talking about gain-of-function research, well, it’s a fuzzy area. Just as two people might disagree on whether, say, George W Bush was a conservative, because they draw the line differently, scientists and politicians are likely to debate whether any work done -and I’m not familiar with the details, mind you- at WIV on SARS-CoV-2 was, in fact, GOF research. Me personally? I lean towards yes, but don’t necessarily think that’s bad. I think the reaction we see right now is much like the reaction people had to nuclear power in the wake of Fukushima – there was much pearl-clutching and dismay over why we’d pursue such dangerous technology, without any recognition of the benefits. As for Fauci, this nonsense that he’s somehow a supervillain is, in my opinion, utterly ridiculous, in large part because of the above. This level of conspiracy is pretty much up there with the notion that Democrats are drinking the ‘adrenochrome’ of babies to stay young, and anyone who has seen Nancy Pelosi knows that ain’t true. Finally, for the report by MAJ Murphy himself, I’m inclined to think he’s misinformed. I’d love to know what ‘unclassified files’ he found on a ‘higher network’ that he then moved offsite, and why such a carefully designed operation -in his own words, a massive, “Manhattan Project”-level of information suppression- would keep revealing files both in an unclassified context, and easily findable without encryption or at the very least compartmentalized clearance required. …I may be letting myself in for a talking-to, but here’s my take.
I believe that this could have happened.
I’m a little dubious about that letter, and I’ll tell you why. The formatting on that thing just seems…off.
1) DARPA has a typed letterhead? I’ve seen dinky units with just a handful of people that had beautiful, printed USAF or other service letterhead. DARPA – the premier military tech research organization on the planet – seems if it should have one. I note that the second letter does have such a letterhead.
2) “To: INSPECTOR GENERAL”. Which IG? What organization? You could assume DARPA, but it seems to me that it would say so.
3) Spacing is off from FROM and TO. IIRC that should be two lines.
4) Something this dramatic is “UNCLASSIFIED”?
5) The second letter – IMHO – doesn’t really seem to back up the first one. It IDs funds, work, and personnel at Wuhan, things we’ve known about for a while. Lotsa data on defending against bat-borne viruses, but nothing is jumping out at me as a smoking gun.
I will cheerfully acknowledge error here – there may be perfectly good reasons for all of this. But having been here at TAH for ten years this March, one thing I’ve learned is to check the paperwork.
If we have the evidence needed to send some folks to prison, then I’ll hold the door open. I just want to make sure.
