I would assume the 21 y/o gentleman was the one arrested, but this is Philly after all.

Heavy metal mayhem in Houston and KHOA is nowhere to be found. But how did the owner of the scrapyard react?
Thanks, Gun Bunny.

Shot the suspect twice.
That’s gonna put a crimp in neighborly relations.
“I’m going to kill you” are NOT words you say to a person holding a shotgun on you.
Dumbass.
The stupid shit people find worth dying over.
Drugs.
Philadelphia cops: “An arrest was made and the firearm was seized, police said.”
I hope the lady-victim has a very, very good lawyer.
Drunk neighbors are not good neighbors. And drunk and ignoring those trying to keep you from being stupid is not a path to longevity.
Houston perps looking for drug money. Probably members of the “Caught and Released Club” from the Harris County DA’s office. I’m wondering if the scrapyard owner was using a .410, 20ga, or birdshot. 00 buck from a 12ga would not be likely to merely wound. Or he needs a lot more time at the gun range.
