Military Has Not Granted A Single Religious Exemption For COVID Jab Despite Receiving Over 12,000 Requests

| December 27, 2021

Poetrooper sends in this article reporting on the shocking number of religious exemptions to the COVID jab granted. Zero. They’ve approved zero. Is anyone surprised?

From Lifezette;

Despite receiving over 12,000 requests for a religious exemption from the COVID-19 jab mandate, the U.S. military has yet to grant a single one.

WTRF reported that even though the vast majority of armed forces have gotten their shots, the lack of approvals is still creating tensions in the military as time goes on. Troops who would like religious exemptions have been left puzzled as to why they are even given this option, when they are seemingly impossible to obtain.

The military chaplains have found themselves caught in the middle, having to find the balance between being compassionate and offering guidance along with the need to explain a complicated process that is being shown to be futile in nature.

While Air Force officials initially said that religious exemption requests would be answered within thirty days, they were shocked to find themselves flooded with 4,700 requests, far more than any of the other military services. The Marine Corps has received around 3,100 religious exemption requests, while the Navy has gotten about 2,700 and the Army has received about 1,700. While some of the requests that were rejected were appealed, there is not much data available on that at this time.

Time to scrub that antiquated reference to the Constitution in the oath. Did you know the Writers of that tyrannical document were transphobic?!

Zero or: The sum of all quantified respect of the machine to the people which it ostensibly serves, multiplied by the authority apparent of institutions unchained by Law.

Green Thumb

I wonder if the clowns with the beards and the bizarre Norse religions that they used as an excuse to grow them will be exempted?

Here’s a General Under Honorable, have a nice life. Some Sailors sneeze onboard U.S.S. Milwaukee and it brings the ship to its knees, 100% vaxxed crew.
Now what, Navy?

Roh-Dog

Milwaukee is up to 25%. Do we want to start a pool where that number stops, closest without going over? I’m calling 55%.

As I posted over on CDR Salamander’s porch this morning, this new Navy standard ensures that crews will be putting tan lines on their readiness. Gitmo is a great place for ships to pull into and do their penance. Not a lot of AP and Reuters reporters to write stories even if they were so inclined. Maybe Guam will serve the same purpose for the Pacific fleet. Out of sight, out of mind. Those who sniffle and sunburn under the tropical sun also serve a critical role in the defense of their Nation.

Annnnddd it’s going to be interesting how this plays out to the benefit of the service members… or not…

The leadership does not give a rodents’ anus about the men and women in the service, it seems.

We need a Trump to go in, kick adz, take names, and OTH discharge most of the 5-sided puzzle palace, the VA, and the others who understand “service” what a bull does to a cow and see themselves as the bull.

“Leadership?“ What “leadership?“

The cultural Marxists are having their way, and there’s nothing left standing in their way.

Kinda like how the non-connected folks get concealed carry licenses in “may-issue” states.

Yeah, like the husband of a state rep?

Surprised faces are in short supply around here. Kinda like my patience for these wanna be dick tators.

As soon as TX and/or OK exeunt, I expect FL to go also. It’d be nice if AL, GA, MS and LA would join the Confederation of Free States.

Every new day is a confirmation that no reasonable people inhabit Washington and they work for a corrupt form of man’s law, not His.

Fk ‘em.

Don’t forget progressives telling us “for the greater good” their obnoxious (nazi/commie, you pick) BS is needed:

‘We need to pour gasoline all over you and hurl insults at you while you run around on fire, squealing like a pig caught in a fence. This is for the greater good.’ -The Illiberal Elite and their idiot henchpeoplekind.

Man, we’re fking hosed.

It’s gonna be even better when decades down the road, after everybody’s done being guinea pigs for Pfizer and Moderna and we start to understand the long term effects of the “vaccines”.

And then the VA will do like they did with Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome, Burn Pits “Sorry, but your condition is not service connected. Here’s 10% for tinnitus.”

Sapper3307

So the USS Milwaukee crew is 100% vaccinated and 25% CUUff-19 positive?

NEC338x

But were they all double boosted? That’s not being reported on.

Commissar

It is kind of hard to explain how your religion is ok with every other vaccine you are required to get to serve…but not this one.

Not wanting to get the vaccine is not a deeply held religious belief. Internet conspiracies are not deeply held religious beliefs.

People requesting a religious exemption are likely abusing the system. They are using religion as a pretext to avoid something they have primarily non religious opposition to.

SFC D

I was curious about that myself. Is there a religion out there that doesn’t allow vaccinations? I know there are some that are against some or all medical procedures. And if so, how does one serve in the military with that stipulation?

Deckie

I recall back around 2014 a merchant seaman on a military sealift vessel refusing the anthrax vaccine citing religious exemption, though everyone suspected he just did not like needles (and the shot did leave our arms in a good deal of pain for a day or two.) I don’t remember if anyone had conspiracy theories surrounding this vaccination in particular.

He was promptly fired and replaced.

AW1Ed

Works, like the flu vaccine, Lars?
Covid stopped being a medical issue long ago.

SgtM

More dead under Biden with a fake vaccine than under Trump without a fake vaccine. That is the only fact in this get rich quick scheme. Biden lied people died.

Altering DNA, and elections, has consequences.

Greatest incident rate of any medication in recent history.

Stop licking the fingers of the dotgov and their corporate whoremasters. Where did your ‘base principles’ go?

Stacy0311

the requested religious exemptions are based on the fact the Pfizer (the only vaccine authorized for vaccinating the military) used aborted fetal tissue in the vaccine testing process.

this has been known since Oct 6 based on emails from Vanessa Gelman and Phillip Dormitzer, executives at Pfizer.

Some Catholics, regardless of what Pope Francis the Red has said, take exception to this.

SFC D

Ah. Very good point. This is why I ask questions. Thank you!
