The differences in research questions trends towards a variety of scientific conclusions rather than a consensus. This is especially the case if there are a lot of variables that impact the study. From what I can find Daniel Perry’s case has not come to trial yet.
I know that many trials in our AO have been postponed due to the Wuhan Flu panic, and are just now going coming up. My Marine Criminal Defense Atty. friend is covered over with court appearances right now.
This may not go to trial for a few more months.

Speaking of Drummers…sad news on the passing of Mr. Graeme Edge, drummer and co-founder of The Moody Blues. Rest Easy, Good Sir, and Thanks for all the years of Rock n Roll, Classical Concert Style.
I picked the following tune as a Tribute to him and an expression of my feelings for ALL of the Adorable Deplorables of TAH.
Hack Stone will have to update his list of people who appeared on The Simpsons who are no longer with us.
Can you clue Hack Stone in? A search on the internet shows that Graeme Edge was the drummer in The Moody Blues, and he died on November 11, 2021. IMDB shows that in the Season 10 Episode 10 episode of The Simpsons, titled Viva Ned Flanders, the part of Graeme Edge was played by Graeme Garden, who the internet still lists as being alive. Are Graeme Edge and Graeme Garden the same person?
Not the same person Hack Stone. The Graeme Garden is a Scotsman, actor/comedian and a few years younger. Graeme Edge was an Englishman and he and Ray Thomas (the flutist who we lost in 2018) were the original founders of the band that became known as the Moody Blues. I have been a fan boy of their music since in mid 60s, saw them live on a number of times, the last being in St Augustine in 2016. Had a bunch of their FRIST (ht 2 Chip/thebesig) poly vinyl carbon discs from back yonder that my FIRST (ht 2 NDHoosier) ex wife took custody of. Graeme wrote the lyrics to a number of their tunes and did a good portion of the spoken poetry that was used in other tunes. I’ll attach a linky to more below.
Note to Frankie Cee. I recorded that Red Rocks Concert on VHS Tape back yonder when it ran on PBS. Kick ass show, tho Justin did blow the vocals a bit on Tuesday Afternoon. Have that tape somewhere and have an original of the PBS released Cassette. The entire concert is available on the EweTube

I saw Moody Blues live at Red Rocks Amphitheater “Up The Hill” from Denver September 1992. It was a great production, recorded for an album.

Two of my happiest concert attendances – both Moody Blues concerts at Maple Leaf Gardens (’72 and ’78). A few other concerts at that great venue but those two were definitely outstanding. Thanks for the reminder.

^Word up Hatchet^ The FIRST/FRIST (ht 2 NDHoosier/Chipp) really good live show was at the Juhunderhall (sp?) in Frankfort 71/72(?) It was a religious type experience. Not a bad seat in the house and mine were 4th row back, elevated to stage level, dead center. Reach out and touch distance nearly. Several other good shows in the decades afterwards here and yon. Met the lads a time or 6, backstage, just as down to Earth and hooman as you could want. That last show in St. Augustine in ’16, there was a problem with the Sound Man (or his board). Me, being an old Sound Man went over during the 2nd song of the set and told him (the Sound Man) if he couldn’t get it balanced and right to move over and I’d do it. Good Times.
And yessir, I’ll take a shot of that Glen and here, we’ll use my Zippo to light us up a coupla them Cowboy Coughers.

FIRST 35th commentor. Had 3 teeth pulled this past Tuesday after my date with the tootsie roll pop. Still bleeding but not that much. Same Doc did two posts back in 2008 on lower jaw. Tuesdays was above the 2008 posts. Doc numbs area with a Q tip says you will feel a slight pinch and the gums go numb right away and two or three needle sticks, he’s pulling teeth right away, and two posts will be put in later on, and that is the whole tooth on my story.
So an Air Force NCO decided to end his life at the Lincoln Memorial on Veterans Day.

WHAT IS FAITH?
Faith, to this paratrooper, is stepping out a door, 1,250 feet above ground, and believing that the Rigger that packed your chute, did it just right.
Faith to this Infantryman, is believing that your fire team, your squad, your platoon would take the fight to the enemy right beside you.
Faith to this HUEY Crew Chief, is believing that your maintenance of the aircraft will let it bring you back to base after the mission.
Faith is where you find it, and once you truly know the “feel” of Faith, you will never doubt it again.
Joining the Army and becoming an Infantry Paratrooper, (And later becoming a “Crew Chief”), was the single biggest thing that shaped me for the rest of my life. Airborne School, and all that it opened up to me, let me truly know “The Feel of Faith”.
