Daniel A. Bernath; phony CPO

| December 11, 2013

Editor’s Note: Daniel A. Bernath passed away on January 21, 2018

Daniel Bernath

Scotty sent this to us over the weekend and I was holding on to it for a drought, but our own Ex-PH2 was excited that Daniel A. Bernath was a PH2, too. Just by looking at the rank on his sleeve, you can tell he’s a phony since, instead of laying out the bucks for new rank, he had a stripe embroidered on the sleeve. He has service stripes for twenty years of service, but his FOIA tells a different story;

3 years and change in active service, and a couple of years in the Reserves. Now let’s do some math – you’ll need most of your fingers, he’s wearing seven awards in the picture and the FOIA says that he has five. Well, finally we got a Navy phony who is not a SEAL.

It was rather a bit of fun yesterday, but then we got the bad case of terminal cut-and-paste.

For a moment there, I really thought ‘barnacle dan bernath’ was ginning up for one of those deals with really bad German and Swedish, just like wickre.

Instead, he just got plain old boring.

La-de-da Indeed

Ooops!

I forgot to add this: my name is Delilah Twizzlebitz.

I live in a big, spooky house with a small hairy doggy. I’m a card sharp and I cheat at cheating when I play Texas hold’em. I can see your cards reflected in your eyeballs. That’s why I always win.

Smooches!!! <3

Ex-PH2

You know, I was thinking of doing a book with the title “Bald Guys With Beards Are Hot!!”.

And then Dan Bernath appeared on the scene.

Well, that put an end to that project very quickly.

MPFC

@253 Ex-PH2

OK I’m outting myself (too)

He wants our real names so he can pull a wickre and sue us.
(Bring it shithead)

Okay, here we go. This should be fun. (Totally)

Today at TAH we have in the thread, one of the country’s leading skin specialists, Raymond Luxury Yacht.
(That’s me)

That’s not my name!

I’m sorry; Raymond Luxury Yatscht.

No no no, it’s spelled, “R-a-y-m-o-n-d L-u-x-u-r-y Y-a-c-h-t,” but it’s pronounced, “Throat Warbler Mangrove”.

/I have a multi-million dollar practice, I don’t even have to post about you, I have my staff do it for me. Hey, jackweed, I get more action in a week than you’ve had in your entire life. I’ve got houses in L.A., Paris and Vail. In each one, a 70 inch plasma screen. So I suggest you wipe that stupid smile off your face before I come over there and SMACK it off! You feeling strong, my friend? Call me elf one more time.

/sorry I mixed my metaphors.

Ex-PH2

@255 – ROFLMAO!

Oh, man, Frankly O, NHSparky, I’m SO sorry you guys were left off barnacle bernath’s hit list. There is no justice, is there?

My name is Legion Victrix Septimus. I speak in tongues as often as possible. I live in a yurt, which is fine because I have mobile Wi-Fi for my phone and lapdogs. It allows me to move about freely, so I never have to squat in one place for too long. I am not a strict vegetarian. In fact, I prefer hot roast beef with beef gravy and mashed potatoes. I hunt mergansers and turnstones and trade them for turnips.

Nothing like a good cold beer to wash down a merganser when the weather is -22F and the wind is howling outside my yurt door.

Retired Master

Hey there Ex-PH2, We Balding guys with beards are still hot! Don’t let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. sarc//

Ex-PH2

Yes, Retired Master, I may still do that, but add a disclaimer or some sort to the title.

Chief Daniel A. Bernath (Hon)

I live for rent free in your pathetic minds.

Name:

Address:

Come on, where are all you internet heros?

Hondo

Bernath: IMO, you should take the time view this rather NSFW video a few times. That might give you a clue as to the prevailing sentiment here towards those who make false military claims.

Hondo

And by the way, Bernath: I assume the “(Hon)” above is a short form for a patronizing/ingratiating use of the term “honey”. Skip it. You’re not likely to make any converts to your cause here, and IMO you certainly aren’t talking about anything related to honor (like “honorary”). Best I can tell, that concept seems to be one you don’t particularly care about.

Of course, I suppose I could be wrong. But regarding that last I don’t think I am.

CBSenior

Fake PHc, you may think it is rent free but there is a price. When anyone does a goolgle search on you this will come up. Then they will know you as a fake, a poser, and someone they are not going to do business with. The more post, the higher the result. Keep it going, I know we will.

A Genuine Chief. Not that you would know what that is, because those of us who made it for real do not have to qualify our Anchors.

OWB

There he goes – projecting again.

Silly Danny boy, you are not only predictable, but very entertaining. But do keep flapping your jawbone. We will continue to point and laugh at you. It will continue until you simply stop making unearned claims.

That really is all you have to do. But your ego is unlikely to allow you to do that. Oh, well. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.

Hint: This is a stupid game you are playing, Danny boy.

vietnam war protestor aka u.s.s. liberty

I must say I am absolutely shocked at the behavior of one Mr. Bernath. You have been caught and offered the option of making things right with those offended and yet you cling to the lies. Further, you espouse wealth, profession, so on and so forth, as an elitist excuse for your wrongs. Take the high road and do what is right.

Sparks

Okay, Okay. @264 was a curve ball for all you guys. 😀 It was me using a renowned name. Just wanted you to think VWP could actually post something that made sense. Just having fun with you guys on a otherwise boring day. 😀

Sparks

Sorry Jonn, no harm no foul I hope.

Sparks

Big nevermind on @264. You had to be there I guess.

OWB

Well, Sparks, I did wonder if there might have been an adjustment of medications which had finally kicked in. 😉

Sparks

@268 OWB you’re right. I would have thought he finally found that special cocktail of manic-depressive and anti-anxiety meds. 😀

CBSenior

Fake PHc, during initiation do you remember when they said “what out for Even number Chiefs”. Oh, that’s right never mind. Sorry, I forgot you are not real.

Sparks

But, back on topic:

Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath

Google is great!

CBSenior

“watch out for Even numbered Chiefs”. Sorry my spelling chit has not come back approved yet.

CBSenior

WOW that is some lawsuit. Who knew that if you got low on fuel in an airplane you would be in danger. What a public service.

HMCS(FMF) ret

I see that “CRASH” graced us again with our presence… but those of us here don’t have to rely on lies to live our lives on, like “CRASH” Bernath does.

HONOR… COURAGE… COMMITMENT… three words that “CRASH” doesn’t know the meaning of.

BTW “CRASH” – the difference between us is that I earned my anchors… was initiated by the members of the CPO Mess in Yokosuka in 1994… spent half of my career as a CPO and SCPO. My DD214 states HMCS(FMF) – yours clearly shows PH2. I didn’t have to “pimp” myself to an organization that does not have the authority to confer “honorary” status (only the MCPON can do that).

Here’s a couple of new titles for you (courtesy of the Oregon Supreme Court):

DEADBEAT DAD
FRAUD
LIAR

You wear those with a lot of pride…

ABNDVR

Ok hold it for me…

So this turd actually says in his understanding it is:

A) legal to just establish an organisation that gives out “honorably ranks” which
B) by merely incident or design are called the same as actual ranks in the armed forces,
C) look the same as those in the armed forces,
D) can then be worn on actual uniforms of the armed forces and
E) can be put in front of your name like actual ranks with the addition (hon)

?

My conclusion: if this shit is legal – maaan the us legal system is sooooo fucked up, but regardless of that ,as someone who actually served to freely disgrace the values of service and pretend to be something you are not – you should dig a hole and move in

Old Trooper

@265: I knew it wasn’t vwp, because the sentence structure and basic logic of the paragraph were well above the norm for our little vwp.

Sparks

@276 Yea, I was “outed” 😀

Ex-PH2

@269 Sparks, it was funny. I knew it wasn’t our blithering idiot vwpussypants. It was too coherent.

@262-CBSenior Chief, you left out compulsive liar by his own admission, noted at #70 above, stating that he altered his birth date on his driver’s license from 16 to 18 so that he could join the Navy, repeated here:

Daniel Bernath:
Well, let’s see. I went in. I joined the Navy at 15. No, I must’ve been 16. I had a Michigan Driver’s Learner’s Permit. It was paper. So, I took an eraser and changed my date of birth and made myself 18 instead of 16. I’d joined the Navy and all the papers were signed and they were coming by. The Chief Petty Officer, the recruiter, was coming by the house at the last minute to have some further papers signed and I wasn’t there. They said, “How can Danny be joining the Navy when he’s 16?” So, that didn’t work.

Those are YOUR words, bernath.

You have a real problem. Well, actually a LOT of problems.

A-You’re a compulsive liar with a lifetime history of lying to get what you want.

B-You cheat your own clients out of their money and forge their signatures on the endorsement line on settlement checks.

C-You pick fights with anyone who opposes you, including a Federal judge.

D-You engage in libel, which is print, against people who oppose you. You are liable for the libel you create.

E-You are negligent with your own property, but if something goes wrong with it several years AFTER you bought it, you blame the person who built it.

F-In fact, you blame everyone else for everything that’s wrong with your life instead of taking responsibility for what you’ve done, including stealing the portrait of a 20-year career petty officer with an honorable record and slapping your photo on it, thinking that no one would notice.

MGySgtRet.

I just love it when you all get on a roll. There is serious comedy gold in here! Kudo’s to all involved on this slobbering meat sack.

And then the object of everyones attention comes on here and detonates himself in place. The fake Chief is certainly an entertaining pile of shit, as piles of shit go. He reads the poser script with such conviction. Speaking of convictions you poser shitbag, you are about due for one for stolen valor.

In summary, fake Chief Bernath, CHOKE YOURSELF!!

CBSenior

I do ask my fellow poster please do not even use the word Chief in any reference to this man. That word in this type of instance is Sacred to us Genuines. I ask that PHc or Fake E-7, or POSer be used. To even mockingly attribute this man Chief status is painful.

OWB

Keep coming back to the plane crash. You know, the one where he tries to convince us it is everyone else’s fault that he ran out of gas. Yeah, well, I would be embarrassed, too! That is a monumental failure.

As a litigator, is it possible that he has filed suits in remotely similar circumstances? Seems like they usually find it to be the operator and/or owner who is responsible for the maintenance and operation of an aircraft. Or surface vehicle, for that matter.

That may be the funniest part of all this.

Ex-PH2

@275 ABNDVR, actually it isn’t legal, per the Stolen Valor Act passed last summer. The title of Honorary CPO is only a title, an honorarium, and does not confer advanced rank or pay grade, or allow the recipient to wear a CPO rating badge.

It’s just a title and it’s given to people who are being recognized for doing something exemplary for the Navy, NOT for themselves. Those would include Bill Cosby, Bob Hope, and Gary Sinise, among others.

So you can understand how this jackass poked the wrong bear, just as the Army and Marine and USAF fakers do.

MGySgtRet.

@280
Noted Senior Chief. Will not refer to this scumbucket as a Chief any more.

CBSenior

Fake E7(PHc) Here is some reading for you.

http://www.navy.mil/features/MGM_3_HCPO.pdf

Sparks

This is off topic but I wanted to ask you Navy folks a question. In seeing movies and reading books I often here the term, Chief of the Boat or “COB”. Is there a Chief of the Boat on each Navy ship?

CBSenior

COB is a sub term. Ships afloat and SeaBee Battlions or Shore Units have a Command Master Chief.

Sparks

@286 Thank you.

CBSenior

@287 You are welcome. I am more than happy to answer a question from an honest and real Vet.

CBSenior

But, back on topic:

Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath Daniel A. Bernath

Google is great!

Sparks

@289 You took the words right out of my mouth. 😀

CBSenior

Yes I did, since there is a Lawyer(HA HA HA) looking in on us. I CBSenior cut and pasted post 289 from poster Sparks.

There nice and legal now. See Danny boi that is how it is done.

Yelp, I almost forgot.

Fake E-7 Fake E-7

CBSenior

Being a SeaBee type, ground pounder. I did have a question for some Aviation types. When the fuel gauge on a plane reads E(or empty to us non flying types) is that a bad thing? Could say something happen?

Ex-PH2

Oh, Berna-a-a-a-ath, you fakey fake fake NOT E-7, get this.

What you tried to post on my blog? I sent it to the RIGHT people, who know everything. You didn’t just piss ME off. You pissed them off, too.

And you should know that, when you libel someone by putting your lies in print, you are liable for your libel.

Hey, people! See what I did there? I made a poem!

And he STEPPED on his own balls! Bernath, you’re famous in our country club. Absolutely bottom drawer!

Ex-PH2

@292, Yes, Senior Chief, it is a bad thing. It is a bad, bad thing.

Unlike an automobile that can be towed away by a towtruck to the nearest gas station, or using a gas can to replenish gas in your empty tank, an airplane won’t get a tow from a flying towtruck and if you step out of the cockpit to fill the gas can while you are in mid-air, most likely you will fall several thousand feet, and go BOOM!!

Now, if I wasn’t clear, please let me know right away. 🙂

CBSenior

@293 Attorney Bernath would never make a faux-pas. He is too good. Don’tcha know he’s got lots of stuff, so he must be a good lawyah.

CBSenior

@294 Yelp, that does sound terrible. That is almost word for word what the Pilots Association Web site told him too. I do not think he listened.

Fake CPO Ghostbuster (Hon)

@293 EX-PH2….

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDQk4lGSEJQ

/ Well he *may or may not*. It’s entirely speculation.

Just An Old Dog

If you are a glutton for punishment read through his bloviating self bio.

One thing that sticks out is that he went to England, studied for and then took a three day exam to become a barrister. He mentions that they didn’t put him on the list though ( how convenient).
A few other accomplishments he lists are passing the state of Michigan’s driver’s license test and getting a Costco card.

He was also a fill in (Judge pro-temp) for the L.A. Court and is affiliated somehow with the SCOTUS.

Just An Old Dog

I saw we chip in and send an anonymous triple gift, We charter a plane with a case of ripple and a tranny on it. Wanna-be E7 Bernasty can fly it, Psul of the ballsack can tag along and Dull-ass Whipenflogit can use it as a jump platform.
Round Willie Ranger can put on a black Shirt, lay down and be the emergency landing strip.

I’ll plop down 5000 bucks to start it off.

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

COB is an official and term of endearment. The real official title is Command Master Chief, Senior Chief and or rarely Chief.

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

In Danny Boys case he is a genuine CPH.
