US crew takes ship back? UPDATE: Captain still prisoner?
A 10-second blurb on Fox News about the US crew taking the ship back from the Somali pirates. It’s not confirmed yet – but what the hey. No links. I’ll update this as it develops. (All times Eastern)

Guess they’ll think twice about trying to take a US crewed vessel. And I guess the crew didn’t want to depend on Obama to save them.
13:55 Fox News is reporting that the ship’s captain is still being held by the pirates.
14:55 Fox News reports that the captain is being held in a lifeboat off of the Maersk Alabama by four pirates. Negotiations to exchange the captain for the pirate captive on board have seemed to fail.
15:15 The Captain is being held along with another crew member in the lifeboat.

The ship’s Captain probably told the Seafarer’s Union crew members that the Pirates were actually Scabs, and the crew got pissed and kicked the Pirate’s asses. 🙂
They were told they would be negotiating face to face with Hillary and they jumped overboard shrieking in horror except for one who fainted.
If only Family Guy had anything to say about pirates, you could post it…
In other news the White House announced it would prosecute the ships crew for waterlogging oppressed pirates.
Obama dodges a bullet. He almost had to make a decision there.
Now we have a hostage situation (apparently). Joe Biden is about to tell us that Pirates are not Terrorists and therefore cool to negotiate with. Don’t think Obama can vote Present on this one.

Sestak the Sleestak? LOL. Call me crazy, but aren’t hostage taker’s by definition sowing terror, and therefore terrorists? I mean, its not as if I am taking a Homeland Security class in College right now and know the definition better than Congress or anything…..

Rush just described the pirates as “Merchant Marine Organizers”, much the same as ACORN. They extort money from legitimate businesses to line their own pockets, just like ACORN.
And the TOTUS and Hillary had their daily meeting on today’s events in the White House play area, sitting at a picnic table amongst the swings and toys. I was going to say it was not believable, but on second thought, let me say, “what an appropriate setting for these two”. Totally unequipped for the jobs they have!!!
