The “real” reason school have these protests because these teachers are too fucking LAZY to teach the 3 R’s. Anyone wonder why only 25% of kids can do school work at grade levels?
Schiff is trying to draw attention to himself. Nobody fucking cares if he’s there or not. He’s a flea dangling on the ball-sack-of-life.
Wow, the NYPD is so PUSS-I-FIED. They never would put up with that shit in Rudy’s day. Cops in that city there are done working. Oh, they’re STILL going to collect a paycheck, but not do any cop-shit for the ungrateful masses.

I am appalled at what has happened to/ in our schools. In our days (dear old golden rule days) we said the Pledge of Allegiance, shared a verse or two of scripture, sat still in our desks and paid attention to our teachers. They were role models and respected by students and parents alike. I later had the honor of becoming a fellow teacher with many who influenced my career. I fear for the following generation many of whom are lacking in moral character as well as education. Heaven help us.

Interesting…

Serving 899 students in grades 6-8, Gaithersburg Middle School ranks in the bottom 50% of all schools in Maryland for overall test scores (math proficiency is bottom 50%, and reading proficiency is bottom 50%).
The percentage of students achieving proficiency in math is 8% (which is lower than the Maryland state average of 27%). The percentage of students achieving proficiency in reading/language arts is 28% (which is lower than the Maryland state average of 45%).

Clearly “anti ICE” arts and crafts at lunch time should be the academic priority.

At least they aren’t Prince George’s County where only 11% can do maff and 65% can’t reed, all while spending $18,862 a student per year. Newsome would love the place.

I can maff though. 13 years of school at $18,862 is $245,518 per student without interest. I say just put the money in an interest bearing account every year and when the kid turns 18 just give the little darling a stipend to live off of. Should be well over $1000 a month if you draw it down at 4%.

There was recently a teacher put on administrative leave (read fired? Getting her mind right?) for supporting ICE. In other words, it sounds like she was more interested in education than what the latest outrage is. Will look for the article when I have more time and have no bosses looking over my shoulder.
