Woman Kills Intruder Armed with a Knife
GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY, Wash. – An armed home intruder was shot and killed by one of the home’s residents Wednesday night, according to the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened when deputies say a 47-year-old man broke into the house near the town of McCleary around 9:30 p.m.
The suspect was armed with a knife, and he was confronted by a man who lived in the house. As the two fought, a 36-year-old woman – who investigators say had a restraining order on the suspect – retrieved a gun and killed the suspect.

Suspect shot during west Houston gas station robbery

A would-be robber was shot during a gas station robbery Friday morning in west Houston, according to police.
Houston police officers were called to the Shell station in the 11400 block of Richmond Avenue around 7:10 a.m. after a person inside the store told 911 that he had just shot a robbery suspect, police said. Paramedics with the Houston Fire Department rushed the shooting victim to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition, police said.
It is unclear if the shooter works inside the store. The glass door at the front of the store is shattered from the altercation.

Police investigate deadly shooting involving bail bondsman at Oklahoma City hotel
OKLAHOMA CITY —
A woman was shot and killed and a man was injured in a shooting late Thursday night in Oklahoma City.According to police, the shooting was reported about 11:30 p.m. at a hotel near Meridian and Southwest 15th Street. A bail bondsman went to the hotel to serve a warrant and got in a fight with two people in a room, police officials said.
Police officials said a woman in the room was shot and killed. A man in the room was also shot and taken to OU Medical Center in unknown condition.
