Someone was nice enough to send us his latest glamour shot.
We have had Irby Franklin Jordan on our radar since 2011. He has made all kinds of crazy claims over the years. Promoted himself all the way to a Navy LCDR and Navy SEAL at one point. His FOIA doesn’t indicate any SEAL Training – it shows about 19 months of service in the Navy as an Airman Recruit and a discharge as an E-1.

OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — An Alabama man is facing multiple charges from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly assaulted County Commissioner Graham Fountain.
According to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Fountain was injured Saturday, January 12, while trying to help a young woman who was being beaten by a man. The suspect was later identified as Irby Franklin Jordan of Dothan, Alabama. It happened on Alabama Street near the Richburg School.
BOCC said Fountain and his wife observed a car blocking the roadway and saw Jordan beating the victim while dragging her by the hair out of the car and throwing her on the pavement.
Fountain, who is a retired law enforcement officer, went to help the victim.
A release from BOCC said Jordan “was acting crazed and kept screaming for everyone to leave the scene because he was a ‘federal officer’”.
Jordan jumped in his face and said he was a member of the Central Intelligence agency and he “would kill” the commissioner, the BOCC release states.
Jordan grabbed Fountain’s suit coat lapel and threw him over the rear bumper and to the pavement, BOCC said.
BOCC said Fountain received head, back, arm, and shoulder injuries from the attack.
An officer with the Crestview Police Department then arrived and used a stun gun to subdue Jordan.
If we had only known he was actually CIA, he never comes to the cookouts or family day so how were we to know?

Wait a minute, not even 6am here and we have a trifecta, 2 navy seals, what next, a dirt nap for Ms P, lets see 10 feet deep, a complete concrete over lay, 10 foot sealed concrete wall, large rock on her head and 24 hour guard on duty in case she tries to come back. One could only hope, probable cause would be canceled trip to Brussels and back, you know she had no intention of going elsewhere.
And it’s a Federal holiday. Wonder if those on furlough will get a free day off with their back pay- the mind boggles.

the whole mechanics of government pay during shutdown periods is weird.
first there is the whole “non-essential” thing. It doesn’t have anything to do with your position at all. You can be mission essential but the director/commander decides that the risk of bringing people in given weather, etc is too high so the worker is not coded “essential”.
Now, one could be “essential” because they are answering the phone for the 800 number. They don’t really do anything other than act as an admin assistant. Meanwhile, the operations officer is “non-essential” because someone is answering the phone.
I know I can’t figure it all out and I work here….
The other thing is that being “essential” only means you get to be at the agency. Not that you are doing any work. Why? Because the funds that pay salaries are on the same budget with the funds that light, heat, buy parts, etc.
Just a weird system.
Dirt nap? Naw. Too easy. Better to let her see her power trip ooze away into the primordial swamp while she still holds the hammer.
This guy is a whack job with a propensity for violence. We’re not done reading about him.

IMHO Irby Franklin Jordan looks and acts like he is his own Cousin!
Any idea why Jordan was assailing the woman in the car, other than insanity? Probably not drugs if he responded to the taser. More likely a perennial sociopath or perhaps a Bernathian plebe.
