Jew-ish Lawyer has letter sent to Secretary Mattis demanding he put an end to Christian-ish animus.

| August 15, 2018

It must be fundraising season for Mikey.  I will no longer provide links to his nonsense because it benefits the Google Gods of which he stands in favor.  They told me as much.  So the Bald Avenger is on his  Don Quixote like rampage to fight this Secret Christian Dominion.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), a nonprofit that advocates for separation of church and state in the military, sent the letter after receiving what its founder and president Michael “Mikey” Weinstein said were 41 complaints about Brigadier General E. John Teichert. Newsweek has seen one of the complaints, but has agreed to keep the complainant’s name confidential.

Teichert, who flew combat missions over Iraq and the former Yugoslavia, according to his official bio, runs a website called Prayers at Lunchtime for the United States (PLUS). On it, in addition to short essays on Bible passages, and calls to pray to make America more Christian, he identifies himself only as “John.” The website doesn’t mention Edwards Air Force Base, but Teichert recently posted a picture of his newly acquired general’s epaulet star, alongside a note about his new rank on the PLUS site.

Among the items on a long “prayer list” are: “A return to our Biblical Foundation”; “Appreciation for our national Christian heritage”; “Appreciation for a nation formed, blessed and prospered by God’s power” and “The unborn.”

Well there we have it, this monster in uniform has a “prayer list”.  That SOB needs to be stopped, covertly praying  as “John”,  its outrageous.

In a 22-page complaint letter sent Sunday to Mattis and to Teichert’s superiors at the base and at the Pentagon, and shared with Newsweek, the MRFF requests an investigation into whether his “conduct interferes with or violates the civil liberties of service-members and civilians under his command,” and whether it violated military diversity regulations.

Of course the people who have been denied their Freedom From (mostly Christian) Religion need to be protected from this proselytizing maniac.

All MRFF clients at EAFB regarding this issue have insisted upon anonymity because of rational and
realistic fears of retaliation. Indeed, one MRFF client, because of the current “Command Climate,”
that has changed since Brig Gen Teichert assumed command only one month ago, is in actual fear
of physical violence to him/her and family should his/her identity as a complainant be exposed.

If you have a love for Lawyers who use dime store Latin inter alia, please read the entire letter HERE or the entire ARTICLE HERE.  Far be it for me to seem Self-ish, but I am having difficulty finding a single complaint about actual discrimination where this “John” guy acted out while in uniform.  Maybe its ab absurdo to expect a real action of some kind in these cases.  Something like making an Airperson accept this Jesus guy during an NJP or something.  We used to call that  stuff evidence.  But, at least its nice to see Mikey spreading the wealth around by having one of his lawyer-ish friends file the paperwork.

I would like to make it known that no 0302-ish people were harmed in the promulgation of this post.  Ahh, the soft bigotry of low expectation.

it’s really getting to the point where you want to just walk up to this guy and ask what happened to him so long ago that he’s so traumatized. what pond scum. I also love that he never has anyone willing to be identified, they are ALWAYS anonymous and worried about retaliation. sigh.

Dave Hardin

We used to call that cowardice…I still do.

Hey, a buck’s a buck and he makes a few hundred thou a year writing letters and annoying people. Benito has changed nothing. He’s had his little ‘victories’ now and then but they have alienated and angered more people than they have mollified, I’d say. In fact, I do say.

Usafvet509

I’d have a hard time staying with verbal in this , thing’s, presence.

Mason

It’s really getting to the point where you want to just walk up to this guy and kick him in the nuts.

As with the media, anonymous is overused and all too often done with malicious intent. Just making up “sources” and “complainants”. Don’t want to put your name on the complaint, then it’s at best rumor or hearsay.

Thunderstixx

I’m thinking a throat punch would work better as it obviously has no balls…

Bob

Oh please someone do that!

I donated to Mikey for years, and I wrote many comments to his web site. But I was finally banned by Mikey because I commented things like this truth. Mikey doesn’t care about gods, he does care about our nation. This truth, which wasn’t tolerated on his site, that I was banned: There are no gods, else the whole world would worship that god. If that god existed 25000 children wouldn’t starve to death every day. There are no gods, none has ever been proven, else there would be no need for ‘faith’.

Dave Hardin

Ya, I did support his efforts at one time as well. When it appeared to me that it was more about Mikey filling his pockets than doing the right thing I lost interest.

I won’t link to his site anymore so they link to our articles, its all about feeding the Google Gods insofar as I can tell.

There are several members of this site that are Atheist including myself. We also enjoy the company of a Jew or two. By and large the group is mostly Christian. Just like it was when we all served.

Most of us, like America, do not have the same religious beliefs. What the vast majority of us do believe in and defend is; the right of our fellow citizens to worship as they choose or not at all.

Mikey and his ilk depend on divisiveness, like a vulture, he preys on the weak. His rants on Christian Dominionists border on the macabre.

I have no invisible friends, but I will stand and fight shoulder to shoulder with those who do to protect their right to worship as they choose. The sad fact is that a few will take their Religion too far, just as we have seen a few take there lack thereof too far. Mikey builds castles in the sky to protect the gullible from an imaginary antagonist…and then collects the rent from all who enter. That’s mine…but other opinions vary.

A legal buzzard, sitting on his dead ass wondering “why am I not getting any moronic clients”? Oh I know, I need publicity! Thats it! So I will become an advocate for something that DOES NOT EVEN EXIST…”Separation of church and state”! AND send Secretary Mattis an idiotic letter…. That ought to do it, now the suckers will come clamoring to my door!!

Jeff LPH 3, 63-66

Hey rehkopf; Why don’t you start chasing ambulances and represent slip and fall clients in super markets.

Bob

He should be disbarred.

Ex-PH2

I’ve compiled a list of questions for Mike the Maggotty Magus, to wit:

1 – Does he observe the Sabbath rules?
2 – Is he orthodox, reformed or in-name-only?
3 – Does he have a kosher kitchen and household?
4 – Does he allow butter and milk on the table when guests come for dinner?
5 – How many times a week does he go to Temple?
6 – Has he discussed his animosities toward Christians with the Rabbi?
7 – Is he circumcised?

Obviously, his need to collect cash is at the forefront of his urges, hence his dispensing authority to one of his disciples to contact the Lord Most High Mattis on this matter.

Always attack from the rear. And hide behind other people when possible. Then they don’t see you coming.

MSG Eric

I’m sure you already know the answer to this, he only uses religion to make money for himself. All those rules are irrelevant to him, they only count for other people.

Ex-PH2

Absolutely, he’s only after cash.

But having a control-freak sister who converted to Judaism when she got married, I got all that “good” stuff thrown at me every time I visited her.

I could make up a nice, long list of stuff to read off outside Mikey’s office with a microphone, couldn’t I?

OldManchu

Be sure and post it here if you ever create the list! It should be fun to read.

Ex-PH2

I think I’d start with those 7 questions up above, and then consult the Rabbi on others, throw in a bunch of Hebrew and include asking about which tribe Mikey’s descended from, like is he of Eastern Europe Ashkenazy descent, or is there some other indigenous group he belongs to?

I would also remind him that Jesus was raised in an Orthodox Jewish home. Shalom, Mikey!

It’s just too bad that Mel Brooks has gone bye-bye.

desert

He belongs to the “Legalnasty” group! lol

OWB

Can’t speak for the other services, but I actually HAVE spent time with, around, and working for USAF personnel for decades- likely much more time than Mikey or any of his mythical complainants. Christianity and those who call themselves Christians have caused me soooo much pain during those decades that I don’t even remember which of those folks might have been religious at all. As in – proselytizing just was never an issue, for me or anyone else.

Other folks exercising their freedom TO worship just reminded me that I also had the freedom to worship, or not, as I chose.

Blow it out your ear, Mikey. You may worship, or not, as you want. I just don’t care. But, you do not get to decide whether I do or do not.

Mason

Yup. My USAF time saw only a few relatively non-denominational chaplain-led prayers at major wing functions (send offs and welcome home/award ceremonies).

desert

Christians caused you “pain”….gimme a break!

assemblerhead

Mikey … is just stupid and greedy.

Too stupid to notice that he is burning bridges with his shake down attempts.

A person who is NOT pushing religion ‘on-the-clock’ … is NOT a problem. Even civilian workplaces recognize this.

Green Thumb

I spent several years on a casket team in ANC.

There, all religious are equal and most of the Chaplains are pretty cool.

Dudes like this I just tune out.

11B-Mailclerk

Just becasue you are an officer, or other government person, you do not love your right to practice your belief system.

Publicly. Openly.

Including advocating for it.

The First Amendment is rather explicit about this. -Explicitly- so.

The “no religious test” rule in the Constitution also would rather obviously preclude the exclusion of practitioners of one, some, or all, belief systems.

11B-Mailclerk

“..you do not -lose-….”

Sheesh

(I would “like” an “edit” button….)

Friday night at approximately 1900 hours , Kolekole Shoppette on Schofield Barracks.
I noticed a couple street-hustler type ‘damnation’ proselytizers as I walked, paid them no mind.
Walking out with my 12er and a bottle one in uniform stopped me and adamantly told me to get out of the bottle and into Jesus or some such. I told him no thanks, he told me I’m going to Hell, I retorted with a ‘4-word-expletive you’.
About that time his meth addled handler came over and asked if there was a problem, I replied in the affirmative suggesting that the Soldier shouldn’t be proselytizing in uniform. He tried to correct my course about ‘freedoms of speech’ and how ‘he used to be an NCO, therefor knew…’. I was a no-very-little PFC so I told him he’s wrong and full of it, was willing to leave it at that. Thank the universe, a 1SG was watching this go down. 1SG steps up to confront the leader, tells him he’s been told not to make disturbances before (I gleaned the 1SG was an MP, lucky me!) and turns to the Soldier and asks him bluntly why he is preaching in uniform. The Soldier explains how he’s on post restriction and can not wear civvies. Top tells him he can’t do what he’s doing and to get in his POV, that he’s taking him to his staff duty.
I can see offering, suggesting, leaving leaflets, even thanking God in a speech/safety brief/OPORD/whatever… but there are legit limits. The General seems like a humble and passionate dude, not the fight-in-the-parking-lot type.
I hope he wins.

MSG Eric

Sounds like he needs to spend a little more time with Jesus if he’s on “restriction”.

I doubt it was because he was proselytizing.

Roh-Dog

Addendum: the ‘reformed’ meth head was a mid level peon for some ‘sell your sinful TV and give us the money’ cult. His shtick was getting assaulted for being pushy and suing for compensation. Our Company Commander put out guidance to steer clear of him so we didn’t get physical with the douche.
Some people…

UCMJ Article 117: Provoking Speeches or Gestures

A service member of the United States Armed Forces who use words or gestures to provoke or enrage another service member may face charges Under Article 117 of the UCMJ.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me. I’ve even counseled subordinates about this before. “Go ahead, be a troll. See what happens….”

Roger in Republic

Please show me on this anatomically correct doll where someone praying hurt you, Mikey.

HMCS(FMF) ret

Mikey would be pointing to his mangina…

Wonder why he never asks for anything regarding Muslims? Why does ho not demand Muslims not observe prayers?

In other words, he’s a coward and knows Christians are easy targets. They won’t kill you him for his behaviors and idiocy.

Muslims on the other hand, another story. Call it both ways Mikey or shut the hell up.

David

I saw an article on this earlier; apparently someone was triggered by a visit from the good general to visit someone he did not know in the hospital. Said hospital patient said he was flattered and very impressed that the general took time out of his day for a total stranger. Whoever complained (I suspect Mikey his own sole self)was not even present. We really need to bring back giving someone a hearty “FUCK OFF” when they claim being triggered like this.

Only knew one proselytizer in all the time I was in the Army… everyone basically ignored him.

Roh-Dog

“Only knew one proselytizer in all the time I was in the Army… everyone basically ignored him.”
Same course of action I’d seen.
It seems most people are moderate and like to be left the f alone.
Mikey should look ‘round and see just how little he matters.

Ret_25X

but who would be the first person outraged if the general did not visit persons in the hospital?

If you guessed the weak assed bitch who complained, go to the front of the class.

Some people would bitch if you were going to hang them with a gold rope…LOL

A Proud Infidel®™️

I would tell Mikey Whinestein to go to hell, but I hear he’s so fucked up that Satan himself has a Restraining Order against him, I still hope he bursts into flames the next time he takes a shit!

Roh-Dog

Thankyuhverymuch!!!

HMC Ret

It would be a bitch if the IRS were to take a look-see at the books of Mikey’s shakedown charity. You know, as the last administration singled out conservatives for a look-see. It would be unfortunate if the IRS were to find any discrepancies.
Here’s hoping General Mattis tells him to eat a bag of dicks. This guy gives a shit about religion within the military to the extent it profits him financially.

Ex-PH2

I could send him a box full of dredels if I knew where he works, couldn’t I? 🙂

MSG Eric

Seems he’s spending a lot more time with Air Force installations and units currently.

Could it be because they have a horrible toxicity problem and a lack of morale and even retention trouble? Doing the analysis of it, they would be a perfect target because they have so many personnel issues going on. Instead of blaming those issues on horrible leadership and bullshit SJW rubbish, he can blame it on Christianity!

Correlation does not equal causation, but he doesn’t care about that. He only cares about more notoriety and making more money to fund his salary.

Roh-Dog

“He only cares about… making more money to fund his salary [so he can satisfy his dil*o addiction].
FIFY.

MSG Eric

Well, I figured the dildo thing was implied since we’re talking about a grown man named Mikey.

Used to be StillServing

I’m an atheist and I find Mikey Weinstein reprehensible and disgusting. When someone proselytize’s me, I just politely decline. Never had anyone keep trying….

Tom Huxton

Plan ahead. keep a stack of JW literature for when the evangelism gets to be too much . alternatively, Rosary beads work nearly as well.

Consider that a Ponzi scheme falls apart when you run out of victims.

Jus Bill

Doesn’t Mikey’s little legal tantrum violate “John’s” 1st Amendment rights? Asking for several friends…

SFC D

I would love to see the look on GEN Mattis’ face when he reads Mikey’s memo. I’m fairly certain the language following the look would not be suitable for children or clergy.

I’d rather Mikey WHINEstein Deep Space himself at the bottom of a huge septic tank!

^this^ again. Does he do his thing just to piss people off and get his name on Team TAH?

22 pages? That’s a whole lot of asshurt on Mikey’s part. Must have been a heavy mangina flow day for him…

Ex-PH2

I am tempted, I admit, to sending a letter to SecDef Mattis requesting permission to stand outside Mikey’s office and read off a list of questions that he needs to answer, and making a recording of it for posterity.
And of course, one must include the Reading of Instructions for the Use of the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch. But I must resist temptation, mustn’t I?

OWB

Will Mikey ever acknowledge the irony that he demands that we accept on faith the existence of his complainants while he castigates others for whatever it is that they accept on faith?
