Wednesday morning feel good stories
A plethora of stories this morning;
Tom sends us a link to a story that happened in Detroit, Michigan where Daniel McNamara and his wife were being held at gunpoint in their home by two thieves. He had a gun stashed near where they were being held by the pair, but a sudden move might get him shot. Finally, one of the thieves turned around for a minute and McNamara grabbed the gun and fired twice, striking one of the criminals. They took off at a high rate of speed and the wounded crook ended up at the hospital – the other is still in the wind. At another link, it’s reported that the elderly homeowners weren’t injured.
An armed homeowner in Deerfield Beach, Florida stopped an intruder from having his way. The police arrived to find the criminal laid out on the floor – efforts to revive him failed and he was declared DRT (dead right there). For some reason, the police have arrested, Danny Vu, the homeowner.
In Tulsa, Oklahoma, two thieves forced their way into a home and were confronted by the residents. One of the folks living there was pistol-whipped. Another resident grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the thieves. One was DRT (dead right there) when the police arrived. The dead thug was 16-years-old. The injured thug was 14.
In Abilene, Texas, Benjamin Sebastian Sanchez tried to break down the door to a home, but when that failed, he climbed in through a window where he was met by an armed homeowner who held him at gun point until the police arrived.
A pawn shop clerk in Colorado Springs, Colorado was showing guns to two prospective customers when they drew down on him with their own gun. The clerk had a gun, too. Luckily, the crooks’ gun misfired, but the clerk’s gun worked fine, but he needs some range time – no one was injured and the crooks escaped.
If you live in The Bronx, New York, you have to depend on the criminal to bring a gun to the scene of the crime so you can shoot him, like a homeowner did to Oneil Desilva yesterday. You know, because of the rigid gun laws for law abiding citizenry. Oneil was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Jet George, in Houston, Texas didn’t bother getting dressed before he caught Robert Shane Teague going through his mail. George held Teague at gun point until the police arrived to haul his criminal ass off to the hoosegow.
In Wayne County, Missouri, the highway patrol reports that a burglar tried to get into a home, but the homeowner put an end to his criminal intentions with a single round center mass. The police report that the criminal was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.

“A plethora of stories this morning” shows that we honest, law abiding citizens might want to consider being armed, and proficient with those arms, since the criminal element is most often carrying weapons of some sort.
The 16 year old aspiring rapper, turning his life around, teaching the homeless illiterate how to read every night after church choir practice and holding diaper fund raisers for the baby mommas.
A possible key to the Deerfield resident being questioned by police–there was with the dead man a female who apparently did not confess to conspiracy: “A woman was with Louissaint when he went to Vu’s home, but she ran away after the shooting, [police spokeswoman Gina] Carter said.
She was found a short time later by deputies and was questioned about the shooting.”
“Jet George”? Someone grew up in the ’60’s with GREAT parents!
