Saturday morning feel good stories

| May 7, 2016

Joseph Meyer, 22-years-old, broke into an Adams County, Nebraska home and he was caught in the act by an armed homeowner who blasted twice with a shot gun at the youngster. Despite his wounds, Meyers left the scene with his life…but, without his phone which led police to the criminal. Apparently, he was already facing charges for a shoplifting beef earlier this year.

Two fellows in Winnie, Texas tried to break into a home. An argument broke out between the pair and the residents. The two burglars were promptly ventilated by people in the home and they were DRT (dead right there) when the police arrived on the scene.

In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the same story we’ve seen played several times over the past few years – a fellow tried to sell something on Craig’s List and he encounters thieves at the meet-up. They pointed guns at him, but he was able to extricate himself from the predicament with his own gun. There was an exchange of gunfire, but no one was injured.
