Some time back the MilBlog had a valuable purpose. I’ve always considered the notion as an important adjunct to Real Life for REAL vets. Jonn has allowed that important notion to blossom.

Yep, every day I have to get my TAH fix in or I’m just not right. Withdrawals and all. Thank you Jonn for this site and for all the hard work and long hours you put into keeping it on the air five by five. Not to mention the countless emails you have to endure each day. I’m not EVEN going to bring up, putting up with “Those Three Clowns” and all the others like them. Take a well deserved bow Jonn.

I echo the kudos to Jonn. Been completely and totally out of uniform for over 10 years now and this is how I keep up with things and maintain a tiny bit of connectivity. Thank you Jonn but also a big thanks to all of you who post and keep this site relevant.
I really appreciate TAH because many of the posters here are well-written(as in well-spoken), and possessing some deep knowledge of what they are talking about. I am not much for dog-piling, band wagon jumping or knee-jerking but I am always looking for the truth and its validity. I seem to find more of it here than elsewhere.
I originally came here to bask in the glow of posers being busted, but now it justmakes me sad that people do stupid shit like posing. I feel more dismay at some of the embellishers that actually had honorable service, and some of them were true bad asses.
All that to just say thank you to the folks behind this website.
If I wasn’t here I’d probably be out drinking, gambling, or drinking and gambling. Damn this place.
