Delaware Veterans turn their backs on Obama

| July 21, 2014

So this happened;

We feel he’s turned his back on us veterans, so we’re going to turn our backs on him as he drives by on his motorcade to show our appreciation that he does not care about us veterans,” Nicholson told BuzzPo.com.

Obama was in Delaware to discuss a recently damaged bridge, a topic the protesters call a waste of Obama’s time when much bigger issues demand his attention, including the Veterans Affairs scandal and the invasion of illegal immigrants.

“Take care of your own first,” protester John Stroud told BuzzPo. “There are Americans that need help first. I think there are more important things you could be doing than coming to Delaware to look at a bridge.”

Interesting how some things don’t change with democrats. The very same thing happened to Clinton at the Vietnam Memorial. Everyone in the crowd stood up and turned their back on him too. Thousands of people.
Oh, and then he promised to have all the POW information released and people cheered the remark and of course if you waited for a flood of formerly classified information being released and published, you are still waiting.

Gotta make sure that bridge gets fixed so more little kids can get bussed to Philly and beyond…

MAJMike

So they just figured that out? Real swift.

I counted, what? – THREE ambulances in that cortege of wasted tax money? Never mind the rest of it, THREE ambulances? For what?

GEEZO PETE, I am SO tired of seeing my tax money wasted on this moron’s f&@%^$king ego!

David

that is probably Secret Service mandated. They tend to go for massive overkill.

UpNorth

I worked a lot of presidential visits, it is mandated by Secret Service.

Some things don’t change for the better…… they just get worse.

obama was a low-life POS before he was elected and his actions since further reinforces that fact.

Thank God most have seen through the charade, but he’ll continue his quest to destroy what was good in this country for the next 2 years regardless of how we the people feel about it.

Turning your back to this traitor changes nothing, obama doesn’t give a damn about the military or this nations’s veterans.

Hondo

I wonder if the scene looked anything like this. I kinda hope so. (smile)

So, rather than do something about the national crisis that he is supposed to be in charge of, he is busying himself with local infrastructure at our expense? What’s next, the President volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and mobilizing the SeaBees to build houses for illegals?

Don’t give them any ideas…

Okay. But does anyone think that incompetence is a “high crime and misdemeanor”? I think that it is bad but I don’t think that he is impeachable and, if the Rubes try it, it will rebound against them. I think that there is a difference between being an incompetent jerk and being a criminal and I think that I am just going to have to hold my nose until 2016. Anybody disagree?

IFCSguy

I disagree. As to why, Poetrooper said it very well in another thread.

OWB

Not at all sure that impeachment is the politically smart thing to do, but sometimes the clowns in Congress need to do the right thing simply because it is, well, the right thing to do. If the arrogance and willful disregard of the law displayed by this administration isn’t enough to convict, the country is beyond saving.

It’s way beyond incompetence. It’s willful, planned, and carried out with apparent impunity.

Good thing road guard state troop was patrolling the sidewalk against those national security threat war vets.

I feel safer.

Climb to Glory

They’re gonna be audited now. There will be no dissent in the Peoples Republic of America. The dear leader is to be glorified.

You know, I can understand the sentiment but this seems rather silly
