More on the IVAW protest at Hofstra U

| October 19, 2008

I found this video of the arrests of Kristopher Goldsmith, Matthis Chiroux and Adam Kokesh at the Presidential debates last week at Hofstra University. Secret Squirrel Kokesh had a microphone under his shirt to record his arrest (at about 3:35 into the video);

Adam should go back to his class instead of being a moron. In the video he tells the cop “I haven’t been ridden my rights.” Is that even English? Supposedly the gumball is in a Masters Program at GWU, but that’s how he talks? The cop tells him “That’s on ‘Cops’. This is New York, baby.”

Now, I would expect that this arrest of Chiroux would have resulted in him being turned over to the Army for bring a deserter, for missing movement and for disobeying a lawful order, since he’s made such a big deal about his refusal to deploy with his unit back in May and the fact that he had to hide out in the IVAW tree house on Princeton Place. I’m starting to wonder if he’s even what he says he is. I’ll find out, I suppose, because every time I type his name I get a flood of traffic.

As many of these “arrests” as I’ve witnessed in the last year or so, most of them are choreographed events. The protesters and police meet before hand and agree on how it’ll happen. This one appears no different.

Ther police had better be careful with Kokesh, he thinks he’s radioactive these days along with his other delusions.

TSO: Constitutional scholar that he is, you would think that Adam would know that you don’t need your rights “riddin to you” until they start questioning you. “…The person in custody must, prior to interrogation, be clearly informed that he or she has the right to remain silent, and that anything the person says may be used against that person in court; the person must be clearly informed that he or she has the right to consult with an attorney and to have that attorney present during questioning, and that, if he or she is indigent, an attorney will be provided at no cost to represent him or her.” Adam, since you were not being interrogated, you can dispense with this odd notion that the police owed you more than they gave you.

For the most part, arrests in front of the White House are the same choreographed affairs.

Once I overheard the police apologize that they wouldn’t be able to arrest the protesters for another half hour. Guess they were being considerate for making the elderly hang around in the sun that day.

I started a comedy riff about how the US Park Police regretted the delay, but everyone should check in with the reservations desk and let them know if you want a smoking, non-smoking or first available cell.

These IVAW pukes are slime.

Did THEY allow Vietnam Vets on the National Labor College campus when they held WInter Soldier 2.0?

Nope.

Karma is a mother when you’re a traitor.

WTF is up w/ these turds wearing full uniforms?

What does John Stolz have to say about that?

F*cking turds.

Frankly Opinionated

Dipshits, the lot of them. And what was that chant? I couldn’t decipher it with my cheap PC speakers. And no “hash marks”? Yer right, but why don’t his bunk buddies at IVAW know that? Or do they? I didn’t get any “hash marks” but I know what they are. 6 days on a resupply can’t transmit to 6 months, can it.
Oh well, they have to do something to claim to have a life.
