Help a blogger out
I’ve been working on my comments thingie for the past six hours. Only one commenter has been by to leave a comment in that time. So help me figure out if I’ve fixed it or f-ed it and leave me a ton of comments on this thread. Complain that I work from home three days every week and don’t shower or shave on those days. Complain that TSO writes three posts in two days and then takes two weeks off. Complain that COB6 hasn’t smacked anyone down in the last four weeks.
Just write anything.

I’d stick around here and comment but you haven’t shaved or showered, I’ve already read TSO’s 3 posts and there’s no entertainment when COB6 isn’t smacking anyone down. What can I say?

Why you want my comment? So you can stir your slimy spam basket with it? Perhaps Richard Wheeler and his smokin’ buddies down at the pier can help straighten this out. Sheesh- you expect our help when all you do is berate the poor factless liberals, and talk mean to those nice boys who’ve gone to Canada so they can prey on the welfare system up there.

The Pope took a couple of days off to visit the rugged mountains
of Alaska for some sightseeing. He was cruising along the campground in
the Pope Mobile when there was a frantic commotion just at the edge of
the woods. A helpless Democrat, wearing sandals, shorts, a ‘Vote for
Obama’ hat and a ‘Save the Trees’ T-shirt, was screaming while
struggling frantically and thrashing around trying to free himself from
the grasp of a 10-foot grizzly
As the Pope watched in horror, a group of Republican loggers
with “Go Sarah T-Shirts” came racing up. One quickly fired a 44
magnum into the bear’s chest. The other two reached up and pulled the
bleeding, semiconscious Democrat from the bear’s grasp. Then using long
clubs, the three loggers finished off the bear and two of them threw it onto the
bed of their truck while the other tenderly placed the injured Democrat
in the back seat.
As they prepared to leave, the Pope summoned them to come over.
‘I give you my blessing for your brave actions!’ he told them.
‘I heard there was a bitter hatred between Republican loggers and Democratic
environmental activists, but now I’ve seen with my own eyes that this
is not true.’
As the Pope drove off, one logger asked his buddies ‘Who was
that guy?’ ‘It was the Pope,’ another replied. ‘He’s in direct contact
with Heaven and has access to all wisdom.’
‘Well,’ the logger said, ‘he may have access to all wisdom, but
he doesn’t know squat about bear hunting! By the way, is the bait
still alive, or do we need to go back to Massachusetts and get another
one?”

UGA beat Vandy today. I worked the game in one of the firstaid staions. Practically nobody came in to see us so we got to sit and get paid to watch the game. It’s the closest I’ve ever felt to being a Democrat.

Rongkirby – I think I’ve met you there at Walter Reed 9/14/07 in the rain, and it was the greatest time I could have ever imagined. You sure know how to show out-of-towner’s a good time there. Weather isn’t consequential either, I had everybody signing a banner from Colorado for weldgophardline.
This last Memorial Day, my wife was there with Kit Lange — Jonn was there too taking pictures, they all had each other’s cell#’s and they still didn’t connect – but, TSO did get to meet Kit I think.
Strange. The favicon for the site is coming up as the Yahoo one.
