Thursday feel good story

| September 26, 2013

Chief Tango sends us our Thursday feel good story from Kalamazoo, Michigan this afternoon, wherein a homeowner came home to a bunch of people turning their lives around in his house;

The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety was called to the 900 block of Stockbridge Avenue near Portage Street just after 4:20 p.m. Wednesday to reports of gunshots fired.

When officers arrived at the scene, a resident told them he had shot one of several intruders.

An 18-year-old Kalamazoo resident soon showed up at Bronson Methodist Hospital with a serious but non-life-threatening injury.

Authorities soon connected that person to the home invasion.

The 18-year-old then rolled over on his playmates and the police made more arrests, so now they can all reunite in the chow line…well, when the eighteen-year-old get out of the hospital.

That is awful, tragic and quite frankly hard to believe.

I hope the damage to the house is not severe!

I loves me a feel-good story like this.
But it sounds like the homeowner needs more serious range time. Only wounding (non-life threatening) one perp out of several? Tsk!
