Monday feel good story
Chief Tango sends us a feel good story on this slow news day, this time from Yakima, Washington. From this article, it sounds like the family was camping out in the yard or something when they heard noises inside the house. The Yakima Herald reports;
Deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress at 9:27 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived at the house on McKinley Road north of Progressive Road, family members said the boy had broken in while they were asleep, according to the release.
Family members said that when they heard noises and went to investigate, they discovered the teenager who assaulted them when confronted, according to deputies.
Then the homeowner shot the boy once, deputies said.
Investigators said they found evidence that the boy had been searching and removing property before being discovered, according to the release.
I guess he thought no one was home and then when he was confronted, he decided to turn his life around and assault the man who had a gun. Probably a bad idea.

Dead or injured, either way the homeowner stopped a budding yut in the making.
If the yut’s parents sue said homeowner (for what?), the homeowner should countersue for damages (home, property, mental).
I guess the assailant didn’t know that the first rule of gun fighting is to have a gun. Good that the homeowner DID know.
Darwin Award semifinalist.
If that dumbass didn’t die, he should have tried harder.
