Manning verdict due tomorrow
Chief Tango sends us a link to the news that Army Col. Denise Lind, the judge in the Breanna Manning hissy fit trial, has given her promised 24-hour notice that she has reached a decision in the case;
The judge in the court martial of Army Private First Class Bradley Manning, accused of spilling secrets to Wikileaks, said the verdict will be read on Tuesday.
From CBS News;
Manning has already pleaded guilty to reduced versions of 10 of the 22 charges he faces, which could land him in prison for up to 20 years. [Judge] Lind previously refused to dismiss the accusation that Manning had aided the enemy, saying prosecutors had presented sufficient evidence to justify the charge.
Now if we can just get Hasan in a court room….

Tomorrow I want to see the Judge go all The Great Santini on Brianna….
Come on…..Squirt a few. “1, 2, 3 … cry! 1, 2, 3 … cry! C’mon, squirt a few. You’re Daddy’s favorite girl.”
I would say throw away the key but my tax dollars will have to feed his turd ass.
Although I have a sneaking suspicion that hard labor and being a “boy toy” will take care of the problem.
[…] This Ain’t Hell has the blurb. […]
So his ‘mental instability’, e.g., licking his cell bars and wanting to be called “Breanna” are no longer considered factors?
I sincerely hope the judge makes a decision that is for the greater good…. or something.
I saw a picture of him being escorted out of the stockade on his way to court and the first thing that came to mind is “damn, he’s tiny”. He won’t last long at hard labor, that’s for sure.
Fuck him,he is the worst kind of person.
Screw him, give him a sledge hammer, and a pile of rocks to turn into sand for the Drop Zones on Benning and Bragg! he could use the excercize
My prediction is he’ll get less than 5 years, become an even larger favorite of the Libtard America haters, and have a book deal which brings in millions for himself.
I don’t think Bre did herself any favors opting for trial by judge. This judge is no pushover and has a (second) fine legal career awaiting her when she retires. Thus, the politics of the matter will not enter into her decision making. If the evidence is there, she will find him guilty. If it is not, she won’t.
He will last less than 5 years in the DB. He is going to cross paths with the wrong prisoner. Someone is licking their chops and waiting for him. His life is forfeit the moment he enters Leavenworth, they are going to have to keep him in PC and never let him around anyone else.
The Special Little Snowflake is about to melt. Boo effing hoo.
#9, I agree on the qualities of this particular judge. But going judge alone does tend to have a moderating effect…that is, you’re less likely to get a sentence at the low or high extremes with a judge than with a panel.
Given that Manning is a good candidate for “high extremes” and the evidence against him is strong…going judge alone was a smart move by the defense.
He’s already pled out. The most he can get for THOSE charges is 20 years. The anal spasm for him and his legal team is that the Judge refused to throw out the aiding the enemy charge. If she throws the book at him for that its a whole ‘nother ball game.
We’ve got plenty of room here at Leavenworth. And now we’re “gay friendly”
@14 I think for this poor b4stard the friendly part won’t enter into it…
Hopefully the judge will do the proper thing, find him guilty, and sentence
that damned turncoatManning to life. But I’m guessing something less than that (though still measured in years). Can’t really say why, but I just have a feeling the judge will cut him a break.Wish some of the folks Manning helped expose got the same consideration.
Manning is only half the problem. He’s got thousands of enablers telling him he did a good thing.
Randy…and if Breanna gets the max, what’ll they do? Yeah. Nuthin.
They’ll whine about it. There will be a few more among the “pansy left” (Orwell’s term) pushing for him to get a Nobel. And a lot more saying Obama should pardon him.
All of which (except for pardoning him, of course) is fine with me. I want them whining about it.
The point is, we shouldn’t forget them. Manning might not have become a traitor if the other traitors weren’t there to welcome him with open arms.
If it were me, my options for Manning and Hassan would be Original, or extra crispy. But that’s just me.
One look at the “Store” portion of the USDB’s website will display items made by the inmates. “Accidents” happen in wood and metal shops! His type will likely end up in their Embroidery Shop, that seems right up his alley! http://usdb.leavenworth.army.mil/SalesStore.html
Someone once said “Only a**holes get straightened out in prison.”.
Maybe they will give him an internship with Phildo.
Harsh.
PCS to Leavenworth…then a presidential pardoning when Barry leaves office.
The threshold for treason has been incrementally pushed higher and higher by the anti-American filth on the left. “Aiding and abetting the enemy” in a time of war should be (and used to be) a capital offense, followed by a swift firing squad. Breanna deserves nothing less, nothing more, than that.
Fucker should be put against a wall and the trigger pulled.
Our country has grown shallow in many ways.
Unfortunate, but true.
@23, sadly I can see that happening.
Not guilty of aiding enemy. Looks like the courts are failing us yet again.
next it will be Hassan Nidal guilty of shooting a firearm in garrison without permission
Y’all are evil terds… Did you agree that this use of force was necessary??

Behavior and Valor???
I have respect and support US troops, but this is a sad case that has been replayed in many ways. If he wouldn’t have posted this video, we wouldn’t see how bloodthirsty some troops are.
Do not assume that this isn’t happening each day. I assume it is, especially after reading these comments above by those who are supposed to be protecting freedom (or have done in the past). Your comments show lack of a human element ….
Shame on you nasty ditts
