Terrorist blames Bush
The Washington Post reports that unnamed sources have said that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother were motivated to bomb the Boston Marathon by our recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan;
…the evidence so far suggests they were “self-radicalized” through Internet sites and U.S. actions in the Muslim world. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has specifically cited the U.S. war in Iraq, which ended in December 2011 with the removal of the last American forces, and the war in Afghanistan, where President Obama plans to end combat operations by the end of 2014.
So, they weren’t demotivated by our massive expenditures in Kosovo or in Libya, which are also Muslim nations? Only the Bush Wars can influence people, huh? Imagine that.
And, oh, yeah, in Iraq we removed a brutal dictator who was punishing about half of his Muslim subjects because of their slightly different religious views. Not to mention the way the Taliban was doing the same thing in their country, Afghanistan.
I know what the Left is going to say; our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan just made more terrorists and the Tsarnaev brothers are evidence of that. But the way Hussein and the Taliban treated their subjects didn’t create terrorists? In fact, the Taliban is busy killing more civilians than they are killing their enemies right now. The Tsarnaev brothers weren’t pissed off about that?
So their solution was to bomb a random bunch of innocent, unarmed Americans on a public street? Yeah, so all of the Leftists wish that Saddam Hussein was back on his throne in Iraq and the Taliban was back to chopping off little girls’ heads in Afghanistan, raise your hands. If Tsarnaev truly said that, and at there’s no evidence that he did at this point, he’s only playing to the Left’s foregone conclusions and hoping that you’ll find him innocent by reason of George W. Bush.

Blaming Bush, that can get them membership in the Democratic Party or a spot on one of the liberal talk shows. That will be their defense at trial.
And if he did, this is a perfect case for the left to do what they’ve wanted to do since 11/2000, which is try Bush for, well, ANYTHING.
But don’t expect them to handle it real well when their meme is thoroughly dick-stomped. Then again, when have they ever taken failure well? And when has that ever stopped them from pressing on with the same old discredited bullshit?

Much like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson having no problems wih gang-bangers executing little kids in their drive-bys, but if a cop gives some thug with thirty priors a well deserved dose of street justice, they have all of the protesters bused in for a photo op.

According to the 2011 census, done for the EU, it lists the Muslims as being 95.6% of the population of Kosovo. I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t make it a “Muslim Nation”./sarc

Kosovo’s independence from Serbia was declard on February 17, 2008. It has, at last count (March 16, 2013) received 101 diplomatic recognitions as an independent state. 99 of 193 UN member nations, 22 of the 27 EU member nations, 24 of the 28 NATO member nations, and 32 of the 57 Islamist OIC member states have officially recognized Kosovo as an independent state. (This includes the USA.)

You can be a Muslim nation due to demographics without that equating to Islamic rule. It’s rare because usually a dominance of Muslims does equate to an Islamic state where religion dictates governence. The united states is a Christian nation but that doesn’t mean Christianity governs it. The description of Kosovo being a Muslim state is spot on.

Saw the mother of the Tsarnaev boys on TV this AM… she says they were only targeted because they are Muslim and oh, no, they aren’t guilty. “I AM MOTHER!!! I KNOW!!” So if you ever wanted to hear “no mijo” in a different accent, look for her.
