Kokesh and the anti-gun clowns
You all know how little I like Adam Kokesh, but this 12-minute video that he did on some anti-gun protesters at the Willard Intercontinent Hotel, a few blocks from the White House, shows just how vacuous and immature they are. I recognize some of the protesters from the Bethesda chapter of MoveOn from my days in DC covering anti-war and anti-energy protests.
Some of the protesters seem to have a problem talking to Kokesh because of their past relationships with him and the fact that he doesn’t agree with them on this issue.
I have a problem with the congregation protesting the NRA (representing private citizens), but they can’t seem to summon the courage to protest the Administration (the people who enforce the laws).

Wow. Well, a couple observations: The usual suspects are there with their usual tactics. The code pinko guy was actually quite normal, but I believe that was because he knew Adam. His argument falls apart the same that all the anti-gun arguments do. Adam got a taste of what he usually dishes out when he protests. The boxes that contained 250k signatories to their petition were probably full of blank paper that were props, or the same dozen people signed all 250k signatures and just made up names as they went. I have seen the anti-gun types resort to calling for violence as their answer to those they disagree with, yet they make the argument that more guns are not the answer, which makes them hypocrites.
Why do these people always look so damn creepy?

More to the point, who actually thinks that shouting everyone down convinces anyone that you’re right or have a valid argument?
Actually, JP #4, I’ve seen his retiree ID card at a protest a few years back (when MoveOn was protesting the price of gasoline under the Bush Administration). He’s a veteran, but he was in the Navy Reserve, certainly, he never wore a camouflaged uniform while in the service, though.

@5:36 on the video you can see one of the “people” holding 2 boxes “full of petitions” hold both up with one hand…. I don’t know about you but that’s a pretty amazing feat. In fact I don’t think I know anyone who could do that so nonchalantly… Something to think about.
Wow, I can think of no finer punishment for both Kokesh and the anti-NRA protestors, than to sit in the street screaming at each other. Poetic justice right there.
Somewhere about the middle of the video, I thought I heard some one of the protesters try to equate gun owners with Nazis (German National SOCIALISTS).

What was one of the first things that Dear Leader Adolf did when he came to power? He (the GOVERNMENT) passed gun registration laws, that ultimately led to gun confiscation and then to the concentration camps for millions and millions of Jews and other “undesirables”.
These doofi (plural of doofus) have never learned their history, and are unaware of the painful Law of Unintended Consequences.

Lol, that Code Pink lady is everywhere in the DMV area. I’ve been caught in riots in D.C. before, so it’s nothing new, but IME leftist liberals are those who possess no logic whatsoever, and no amount of facts or solid points will ever get into their airheads. I do know some “Liberal” people who are very cool and very easy to talk to, and I’ve even found points regarding different subjects that we have common ground in agreeing upon, but the really leftist ones are permanently stuck on stupid as far as I am concerned.
