Ringo at LA Occupy May Day

| May 8, 2012

Our buddy, Ringo sent us a link to his latest photo essay on the the Occupy May Day protest with over 200 pictures of the filthy hippy beasts. It was difficult to find just one picture to tempt you to go over there, each one made me angrier than the last. But here’s a starter for you;

These pictures are comedy gold.

Jane, you ignorant slut…my monthly bonus is the recognition of my effort, not your for college tuition in Asian Trans-gendered political film studies-as-rendered-through poetry!

What’s the deal with the shields? Their Phalanx looks might loose…….

If stupidity were painful, these idiots would be on a permanent morphine drip.

Steadfast&Loyal

Huh.

They had a strike and I missed it. Like I said I still got my hamburgers when i went through the drive thru.

I know its been said but I wonder what would happen if I stopped paying taxes? That would be a REAL workers protest.

Just remember, the Tea Party is the group we should be worried about. Not the group that actually calls for and attempts to incite violence.

NHSparky

Steadfast–I love how people who likely have never held a job for even a significant portion of their adult lives are calling for a strike.

Their calls for boycotts are just as hilarious. Oh, noes! Who’ll support the neighborhood pot dealer and Frito Lay? Then again, I wouldn’t worry about Frito Lay too much.

Maybe I’m too serious… the Hammer and Sickle represented oppression and an “Evil Empire.” They were (are?) the enemy! Che’s shirt is offensive and I tell clowns (usually idiot clueless kids) who are wearing it what it really means (to me). “LB” on my team years ago, trained the Bolivia Rangers that hunted down Che…the stuff on Che was not at all good, but today they idolize and wear shirts with his image.

More misguided clowns who are gaining attention?

The crowd shown is in dire need of a 5 second burst from an M134 – gotta take out the trash someday.

Talk about a mixed message going on there, socialism, anarchy, communism, gay rights, end to capitalism, occupy… I find it amusing that whoever sells that Guy Fawkes mask is probably making a good bit of money by these people protesting everything including capitalism… I think I’m gonna open a concession stand around them that sells bandanas, red flags, Che Guevara shirts, and Guy Fawkes masks. Don’t worry if things get out of hand I’ll keep a bucket of warm water and a bar of soap nearby.

Frank #7: Tempting to be sure, but pointless. You’d get some willfully ignorant types, and some folks who wouldn’t make home to the basement, etc.

The people drivers would get martyrs, and continue on with glee.

Olikarky? Interesting use of shower curtains! Lol. Anarchy worls if you live deep in the woods and never see ANYBODY. Kosinski was a total fail because he went to Stop and Shop and used the post office. They hate it when you point that out, he’s one of their heros.

Nuke ’em till they glow, shoot ’em in the dark.

OMG. I vividly remember “F*ck the System” from my college days. One of the local revolutionary heroes had come back to campus for a visit. He was a social worker, and busy as he could be, what with committing fraud to get more benefits to give to his clients. He and his friends were doing their best to deliberately cause as much trouble as possible, and his face fairly glowed when he lifted his fist and said “F*ck the System!”

People of sounder mind spent the last 30 years or so adapting our rules to require transparency in our decision-making process and accountability in our government expenditures. We do not live in the 1970s any more, too bad these fools don’t know what century it is.

John, don’t get too upset. The fools in these pictures can’t revolt their way out of a paper bag. There is a revolution coming, and it will be effective. We have them regularly in the US, and they are called “elections.”

I wonder how much it cost to print the signs, and the t-shirts…

And how much profit that person (or persons) made?

I should set up an 8a and be an official government contractor of bus services, port-o-johns, “How to Pronounce CHE” primers, and various T-shirt and Sign concessions.

Somebody is separating these fools from our money, and I want a piece of that action!

I recall the news saying the agitators were starting at different places, and then would take public transit to downtown L.A.

I was thinking, “if they’re planning to take the train, they must not have much faith in their general strike.”

The only thing offensive about douChe is that he has such popularity. He was such a failure, yeah he was a part of Castro’s revolution in Cuba, but Castro realized that nutter was a few fries short a happy meal and bounced his mass murdering ass out as soon as he could. If douChe wasn’t marketed through capatilsm he would have been forgotten as a stain on a slab in Bolivia long ago. If they were honest they would all be wearing Stalin shirts. That’s who douChe idolized, but if you mention Stalin to communists they don’t want to claim him. If it weren’t for Stalin or Mao what would have Communism been in the 20th century?

Just Plain Jason

Adjusted for the times…

The occupiers are revolting!

You are right they stink on ice!

I don’t like what the police are becoming/have become (SWAT, militarization, etc), but I must admit to feeling sorry for those poor dudes out in the middle of that mob, being attacked and harassed on every side, just for trying to keep the REAL peace.

That said, maybe some of like mind should form a small hit-&-run vigilante strike force. Dress like the smelly hippies (to blend in), mix, mingle, attack, get out, move on, regroup, attack again. With all the crowds and confusion, should be easy to move around undetected. Attack the attackers (Occutards). They like the tactics of disruption? Fine. Show them what it really means to be disrupted themselves.

Why do most of these psuedo revolutionaries cover their faces? I don’t like the Tea Party one bit, but they at least have the integrity to publicly associate their faces and names to their cause.

I wonder if any of these kids realize that a communist state means no more Starbucks?

Throughout this grand pattern of things you secure an A for hard work. Exactly where you actually misplaced everybody ended up being in the particulars. As they say, the devil is in the details… And it couldn’t be more correct right here. Having said that, let me tell you what did work. Your text is certainly incredibly persuasive and this is possibly why I am making an effort in order to opine. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, whilst I can easily see a leaps in reasoning you make, I am not convinced of just how you appear to connect the points that help to make the actual conclusion. For the moment I will, no doubt subscribe to your issue however hope in the foreseeable future you actually link the dots better.
