Occupy Wall Street’s global reach
The Washington Post reports that the “Occupy Wall Street” movement is reaching around the globe these days. All of the whiners who never learned simple math in high school have taken to the streets;
Linking up with the Occupy Wall Street protests that began in New York, tens of thousands of people around the world took to the streets Saturday to reiterate their anger at the global financial system, corporate greed and government cutbacks.
Rallies were held in more than 900 cities in Europe, Africa and Asia, as well as in the United States, with some of the largest occurring in Europe. The demonstration in Rome turned violent, and more than 70 people were arrested in Manhattan on Saturday night, but crowds elsewhere were largely peaceful.
I guess it hasn’t hit home that socialism isn’t a sustainable economic model. Especially when everyone wants their hand out.
The TAH corporate headquarters hasn’t been immune from the protests. These filthy hippie beasts set up their protest yesterday on the front lawns of our multi-thousand dollar estate protesting that 1% of the residents of Sunrise Heights consumes 99% of the apples (meaning me, I guess)
The neighbor’s cats joined the protest stating that some mornings they have to wait for hours in inclement weather for their daily handout
I don’t know who started this Occupy TAH movement, but I’m going to release your emails unless it stops.

We have the exact same bunches of protesters in our yard. A mama doe and three youngsters, as well as nine – count ’em – feral cats. Bunch of parasites! (Bet we love them all!)

I can relate. I have a neighbor who refuses to put her trash can in her garage or her fenced back yard. So when the family of black bears occupies the neighborhood most nights, they have their fill and leave by morning, with the area looking like Zuccoti Park.

So, that would come out to, let’s see, there are 192 members of the UN, so, let’s round up to 200. 900 divided by 200 comes out to 4.5. So, there were “rallies” that averaged about 4 and half per country? Wow, in the era of the intertubes, they managed to “organize” roughly 4 rallies per country? Would that include the 7 people that showed up in Kazakhstan, or the 4 that showed up in Chechnya?
And, that’s not taking into account the WaPo’s habit of hyperinflating anything to do with how much they love them some Obama. And, there’s little doubt, this has Obama’s fingerprints all over it. He’s run out and embraced it, as soon as he found out that it might have legs.
Gets even better…stories on the wire are how OWS has “muscle” and raised $300K. Really? A whole $300K? Put these worthless fuckers on the street selling GRIT newspapers door-to-door and you’d have more money than that.
And you know it’s gonna cost NYC alone a whole lot more than that to clean up the mess these shitbags have made. Christ, a couple more weeks and Zucotti Park might well qualify as a Superfund site.
Sparky, the cost for just the NYPD overtime will be huge. And, the park probably should just be napalmed and then start over. I wouldn’t set foot in that shit hole in a haz-mat suit, if they paid me what the State of Illinois is paying those union shitheads in the other post at TAH.
