Mexican police find 513 potential illegals in two trucks
Tuesday, Mexican police accidentally doing their job found over 500 people who intended to be illegal immigrants into the US packed sardine-like into two tractor trailer trucks. Not all of them were from Central America six were Sri Lankan and four were from Nepal. From Fox News;
None of the migrants would say whether any drug gang had been involved in the mass smuggling scheme broken up early Tuesday when Chiapas state police discovered the migrants while using X-ray equipment on the trucks at a checkpoint in the outskirts of city of Tuxtla Gutierrez.
When I lived in Oswego, NY, there were a large number of immigrant farm workers who labored on the local produce farms. One night a van carrying a load of them home struck a tree. Emergency crews carted thirty people to the hospital from that one vehicle accident – so I’m guessing that packing people in vehicles is a cultural thing. So who are we to judge?

In Afghanistan, it was nothing to see 10 people exit a Toyota Corolla being used as a taxi.
It’s a damn good thing these trucks were caught. No, not because of the amount of new illegals that would be dumped at 1 time, but rather for the safety of the people inside. Remember the trailer that was found with a bunch of dead people in it in Texas? I think that maybe the same type of scenario could have happened again. While I’m staunchly against ILLEGAL immigration, that doesn’t mean I want to see a people die.
Phillipines. Jeepney “Special” to Bo. Barretto.
Nuff said.
You haven’t seen anything until you see “Seat Man”. In the hallway at the San Ysidro Port of Entry they have pictures of some of the more creative ways to sneak in. Seat Man literally had all of the padding pulled out of a minivan captains chair and had himself sewn into it.
And Mrs Seat Man…inside the dashboard of course!
The dogs got ’em though. I’m against illegal immigration but I’d almost like to let Seat Man in if only for the effort.
I’m opposed to illegal immigration too, but it’s sad nonetheless… opposite end of the spectrum from the train wagons to Auschwitz-Birkenau… both preliminarily packed in for work… one forcedly, and sustaining death… the other voluntarily, sustaining life… a few odd-balls out in both cases. =o/
Look at the positive side we just got the names of the next 513 Navy Ships.
lol true that
