Cleric caught by Border agents

| January 27, 2011

Yeah, this guy was up to no good. This Said Jaziri dude was deported from Canada to Tunisia three years ago. The LA Times reports that Border agents pulled his dusty ass out of the trunk of a car while being smuggled to an Indian casino east of San Diego;

Jaziri allegedly paid a Tijuana-based smuggling group $5,000 to get him across the border near Tecate, saying he wanted to be taken to a “safe place anywhere in the U.S.”

Apparently, he was being smuggled in a car driven by a US citizen.

Jaziri is being held as a material witness in the criminal case against the BMW’s driver, Kenneth Robert Lawler, who has been charged with immigrant smuggling. He is at the San Luis Detention Facility near Yuma, Ariz., according to his attorney, Wayne Charles Mayer. His bond has been set at $25,000.

Lawler should be prosecuted as a terrorist whether Jaziri is a terrorist or not. I mean a US citizen smuggling a Muslim into this country is just a terrorist act.

I’m sure he’s the only radical Muslim who ever sneaked across our border and there’s no need to over-react with measures like border control or anything.

Old Trooper sends a link to an article about Arizona agents finding The Big Book of Martyrs (I suspect it’s a coloring book) in the Arizona desert. Of course, it probably means nothing.

And another from Old Trooper which tells of a drug catapult found by Mexican authorities used to launch 2 kilo packages of drugs over the border with Arizona.

Hey, doncha know nothin’? The only people who come across that border are poor, starving, pure-of-heart workers just looking to do the jobs we horrid citizens refuse to do. How dare you insinuate some of them get here by criminal means, much less that any of them are terrorists, you racist. You just hate brown people!

(in case it wasn’t obvious, /s)

It sure has been an active time on the border. Now, the thought that crossed my pea brain is this; the ratio for those caught and those not is concerning. IOW If one got caught, how many didn’t? Let’s see….you have a cleric that was deported from Canada (you have to be pretty bad to get the hook from Canada) and an Iranian suicide jihadi manual found in the desert of AZ? Hmmmmm, does anyone else smell the rotten kettle of fish?

Well, I’ll stop right there, because if I don’t, I will start calling the head of DHS a few choice names that would probably get me a visit from them.

But Janet told me as long as I let untrained minimum wage TSA agents molest me and look at naked pictures of me I would be safe from terrorist. WTH? She lied? Say it ain’t so!

Want to find all the muzzy extremists in the US?
“. . . . Arizona agents finding The Big Book of Martyrs (I suspect it’s a coloring book) in the Arizona desert . . . . ”
Take that “book”, prop it up at the firing range, and start using it for target practice. B’cast the shooting, and monitor all the screams of outrage.

Another chuckle when I heard of it.
” . . . a drug catapult found by Mexican authorities used to launch 2 kilo packages of drugs over the border with Arizona. . . ”
“Hey Joe, wanna have some skeet practice? Bring your shotgun. I’ve got the perfect launcher. Meet me at the border.
Ready? PULL!!”
