DoorDash driver who went viral over alleged ‘sexual assault’ when she saw naked man now faces criminal charges for filming him

A DoorDash driver who claimed she was sexually assaulted by a customer she saw asleep with his pants off is now facing felony charges for recording the man and sharing her video online.

Olivia Henderson, 23, was delivering food on October 12 to a man’s home in Oswego, New York. In a video she posted on TikTok, she said when she arrived, she saw the man through an open door, passed out on his couch with his pants off, according to AZFamily.

She left the food and reported the man, saying she did not want a similar situation to happen to other women working as delivery drivers.

However, police investigating the incident said that her story did not align with the evidence they collected. They determined that no sexual assault occurred,

While Henderson claims the door was open when she arrived — providing the view into the man’s house — Ring camera footage taken from the home reportedly shows her opening the man’s door on her own, according to the New York Post.

According to police, there is no evidence to suggest the man had invited her to enter his house, and she admitted in her own TikTok video that the man’s order asked her to leave his food at his door — not inside his house.

Since the incident occurred, Henderson has posted several videos on TikTok accusing TikTok, DoorDash, and the local police of “silencing” or “punishing” her for speaking out.

“They just punished me for reporting my sexual assault while DoorDashing,” she said in one story.

She claimed in another that “TikTok is silencing my story.”

Henderson has been charged with one count of first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance, according to the Oswego police.

DoorDash has deactivated Henderson and the man’s account in the wake of the controversy.

“Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,” the company said in a statement after her arrest. “That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”

If found guilty, Henderson faces up to 8 years in prison.

She is set to appear in court on December 4.

US soldier arrested trying to enter Tanzania with grenades, police say

An American soldier was arrested Sunday while attempting to cross into Tanzania from Kenya, according to a Tanzanian police statement.

Tanzanian authorities said that Charles Onkuri Ongeta was arrested while attempting to cross the border in a Toyota Land Cruiser in possession of four CS M68 hand grenades. Police said he is 30 years old, a sergeant in the U.S. Army and a dual Kenyan and U.S. citizen.

Military Times has not been able to independently verify that information. The Army confirmed a soldier had been arrested, but did not provide details.

“We are aware that on November 16, 2025, a U.S. Army soldier was arrested attempting to enter Tanzania from Kenya with family members while attempting to visit relatives in Tanzania,” U.S. Army Europe and Africa spokesperson Terry L. Welch said in a statement Tuesday.

Welch said U.S. and Tanzanian officials are working “to address the issue,” but that no additional information about the soldier would be released at this time.

Tanzania is currently reeling from deadly demonstrations after October’s presidential election, in which major groups challenging the incumbent were barred from running.

Reelected President Samia Suluhu Hassan blamed foreigners for inciting the violence, an allegation at least one rights group has declared “unsubstantiated.”

Michelle Obama has just taken victimhood culture to bizarre new heights

In both Britain and America, statistics show that black people are significantly less likely than white people to be able to swim. This may seem peculiar. But thankfully, Michelle Obama, the former First Lady, is on hand to enlighten us.

You see, it’s all the fault of white people’s “beauty standards”.

“Let me explain something to white people,” she snapped, during a live event to promote her new book about her “style journey”, The Look. “Our hair comes out of our head naturally in a curly pattern. So when we straighten it to follow your beauty standards, we are trapped by the straightness. That’s why so many of us can’t swim, and we run away from the water.”

The swimming pool isn’t the only place where white “beauty standards” oppress black women, either. “[We] won’t go to the gym because we’re trying to keep our hair straight for y’all!” protested Mrs Obama, to a roar of furious approval from her audience of admirers. “It is exhausting! And it’s so expensive! And it takes up so much time!”

I for one feel suitably chastened and abashed. I had no idea that Mrs Obama was taking such pains on my behalf.

At the same time, though, I must confess that I’m somewhat puzzled. My wife, who happens to be white, has naturally curly hair. She too straightens it. Yet this doesn’t stop her from going swimming, or indeed going to the gym, both of which she does regularly. How on earth does she manage this extraordinary feat?

Obviously I don’t mean to imply that I lack sympathy for Mrs Obama and her plight. Far from it. I am extremely sorry to hear that she, and, by her account, innumerable other black American women feel “trapped” and “exhausted” by the tyranny of white “beauty standards”. None the less, I do have one small question.

Who or what is forcing them to follow these white “beauty standards”?

Are they required to do so by US law? Is there an amendment in the Constitution that decrees, “All Women of Colour, up to and including the First Lady, must abide at all times by white people’s beauty standards, even if doing so leaves them at serious risk of drowning, because they’ve never learnt to swim”? Or is it, like most things, the fault of the wicked Trump? Has he pushed through some appalling bill that compels all female Americans to have straight hair, in a breathtakingly cynical ploy to make brave Mrs Obama too exhausted to stand up to him?

I wouldn’t be at all surprised.

4 men accused of trying to cash stolen $27M US Treasury check

Four men are accused of attempting to cash a U.S. Treasury check worth more than $27 million, authorities said. They were arrested at a South Florida restaurant on Nov. 10 after they unwittingly included an undercover officer in their scheme.

According to a federal criminal complaint, agents arrested Carlos Manuel Villaneuva, 37, of Hialeah, Florida; Eric Renard Bedford, 44, of Houston; Jorge Cruz Garcia, 30, of Katy, Texas; and John Ryan Boxie, 43, of Houston.

The four men face one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States and one count of theft of government property.

The tax refund check, which totaled $27,910,676.69, was supposed to go to an unnamed company in Richmond, Virginia, had not been cashed.

According to the criminal complaint, “a source of information” told federal agents that Villaneuva had access to the check. On Nov. 5, Villaneuva opened talks with a man, called “Banker” in the complaint, who he believed could help him cash the check. The “Banker” was an undercover officer with the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

Villaneuva allegedly showed the undercover officer photographs and videos of the check and said that three other men who lived outside Florida had it. He added that the trio could travel to Florida, but stressed that he needed help cashing the check because the company was closed and the check was expiring on Nov. 12.

Villanueva told the agent that his cut of the check would be $5.6 million, and he asked the officer to create three separate bank accounts to disburse the funds, the complaint states. He allegedly added that the men had “access to other checks of a large amount and can get more.”

The men agreed to meet at a restaurant — which was not named in the complaint — in the Broward County city of Pembroke Pines at approximately 12 p.m. ET on Nov. 10.

Villaneuva arrived at the eatery at about 11:45 a.m. and Garcia arrived about an hour later, according to the complaint. Garcia called himself “David.” According to investigators, Garcia “claimed to have extensive experience in negotiating stolen checks, particularly U.S. Treasury checks” and “also mentioned that he operates a business that is used to funnel the proceeds from these stolen checks.”

Boxie and Bedford drove up to the restaurant in a white Maserati with Virginia license plates at about 1:20 p.m., the complaint states.

Agents said that Boxie introduced himself as an accountant “with extensive financial and bank experience, having worked for two separate tax preparation firms” in Houston. The men discussed opening the accounts and depositing between $300,000 and $400,000 per day into the accounts “to avoid scrutiny.”

He allegedly added that he had held onto the check for nearly a year because he could not find anyone who could cash it or deposit it, the complaint stated.

After the men agreed on the plan, Boxie allegedly signaled to Bedford, who went to the Maserati and returned with a white envelope containing the check.

As soon as the check was transferred to the undercover officer, agents with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service who were “monitoring the meeting” confronted the men and arrested them, according to the complaint.

It was unclear how the men had obtained the check, or whether the company that was owed the money had reported it missing and had sought a replacement check.

The four men made their first appearances on Nov. 12 in a federal court in Fort Lauderdale.

A judge set bond at $100,000 with a Nebbia hold for Garcia, Bedford and Boxie and $50,000 with a Nebbia hold for Villanueva. A Nebbia hold requires that defendants prove the money they post for bond comes from verified non-criminal sources.

Attorneys for Villaneuva and Garcia did not return requests for comment. Bedford and Boxie did not have attorneys listed, according to court records.
