Wisconsin elementary school teacher, 24, busted for ‘making out’ with 5th-grader — three months before wedding

A 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher was arrested Wednesday for allegedly “making out” with her fifth-grade student — less than three months before her wedding.

Madison Bergmann’s alleged abuse of the 11-year-old boy came to light when the student’s mother overheard her son talking to the teacher on the phone, CBS News Minnesota reported.

The victim’s parents allegedly found texts between the pair, and the boy’s father then stormed into River Crest Elementary School with printouts of the conversations.

The deranged text chain included messages from Bergmann allegedly discussing multiple encounters inside the classroom during lunch or after school.

She is also accused of telling the child how much she enjoyed him touching her and “making out,” the charging documents state.

Inside her bag, police also found a folder with the victim’s name on it containing many handwritten notes talking about how much they kissed one another, the charges allege.

In one of the letters, Bergmann allegedly wrote, “One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can’t imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop.”

It’s not clear how long the abuse had been going on, but Bergmann told investigators she was given the boy’s phone number by his mother in December when his family invited who they thought was a beloved teacher with them to the Afton Alps for winter break.

That was the same month she became engaged to her longtime boyfriend, her social media shows.

According to the document, when officers asked about text exchanges between the two, Bergmann invoked her right to an attorney.

The accused pervert has since been placed on administrative leave and barred from contacting any district students, parents or staff, the Hudson School District told parents the same day as her arrest.

“Learning about a school staff member and alleged inappropriate conduct that breaches trust is deeply troubling for all of us,” the message states.

According to her social media, Bergmann was set to be married in July — less than three months from when she was arrested.

She began teaching at River Crest Elementary in 2022, a milestone she celebrated with a photo of her classroom on Facebook.

“Can’t wait for school to start!” she ominously wrote.

Bergmann faces one count of first-degree child sexual assault. She was released on a $25,000 signature bond.

Man Arrested For Allegedly Attacking Sister With Fried Chicken: REPORT

A Florida man was reportedly arrested for allegedly attacking his sister with fried chicken Sunday, police say.

Khanye Medley was charged with battery after allegedly pelting his sister with pieces of Church’s Chicken after grabbing the bag out of her hand during a dispute, an arrest affidavit revealed, according to Fox 35 Orlando.

Medley allegedly chucked the fried chicken chunks at his sister in the heat of the moment in Clearwater’s 1100 block of Kingsley Street, the outlet reported. The 20-year-old suspect allegedly struck her in the back, spreading pieces of the meat on her shoulders, the affidavit reportedly stated.

Medley reportedly confessed to law enforcement during a post-Miranda interview that he allegedly threw two pieces of fried chicken at his sister, according to the affidavit, Fox 35 Orlando reported. The suspect told police he was hungry before the incident occurred, which prompted his sister to offer him the chicken used in the alleged one-sided food fight. He reportedly admitted he became “upset” with his sister because he “did not want” to eat the fried chicken she offered.

“He claimed he did this because he had not eaten and did not want the piece of chicken (his sister) offered him, so he became upset,” the affidavit said, the outlet reported.

Law enforcement has released Medley from custody in Pinellas County, according to the outlet.

Church’s is relatively cheap around here; I’ve gotten the 30-pice for $40 a couple of times. I’d stopped buying fried chicken in Virginia due to the price, I swear KFC was something like $25-$30 for a 16-piece.

Hangry is a thing, and I guess if you have a hankering for something and something else is being forced on you, you might react aggressively. I get nagged for not eating more than a token amount of my wife’s cooking sometimes. Sometimes I just don’t want the Asian or Hispanic inspired foods she and the kids ate. Sometimes a bowl of cereal or an ice cream cone is enough. Wait…did I spend too much time in Delaware growing up? Am I turning into a Biden?

His sister, being a good sibling, offered him chicken as he was hungry. He apparently did not like the pieces that she offered him, so he decided to throw the chicken at her. This reads like Khanye Medley does not know how to appreciate food meant to satisfy his hunger.

So much editing required:

  • Rangers transported Yoder to a nearby medical facility where he was medically evaluated, treated [for extreme retardation], and released…
  • …when his family invited who they thought was a beloved teacher with them to the Afton Alps for winter break. [witnesses stated “you’ve got to be s******g me. They brought the teacher on vacation?”]
  • Medley reportedly confessed to law enforcement during a post-Miranda interview that he allegedly threw two pieces of fried chicken at his sister. [opinions are divided between those asking why she dimed her brother over hitting her with chicken and legal scholars who are asking how one confesses to allegedly doing something.]

Bison don’t care how Badass you are, drinking or sober. Kicking a Bison shows a lot about your critical thinking skills or lack off.

IMHO it’s a way of saying “HERE, DAWIN, DARWIN, DARWIN!”.

Graybeard

The bison showed a great deal of restraint and maturity in not stomping the drunk into mush.
Much more of an adult than the drunks are.

As usual, the female sex offender gets off light.

Anonymous

Where were these hot female teachers after young boys when I was that age? (Asking, you know, for a friend… )

Graybeard

And a male teacher who is accused of making a student uncomfortable is going to be pilloried and lynched.

I had an experience like that.

Mr. Dudum, I (don’t) regret to inform you the only thing working about these “protests” are the police forces working overtime to clear them out.

Let him. let’s see if the little fleabags will do even an ounce of work, my bet is they’ll just sit there demanding to be paid for simply breathing, you could give them a job of doing nothing but sleep and they’d stay awake.

A Terminal Lance Coolie

So…we give them the job of sleeping, they stay awake, and thus the revolution dies in a haze of sleep deprivation?

You might actually be onto something, API.

Odie

What they need is to move there base of operation to Gaza to prove how much they are committed. No US operations needed nor allowed. I’m sure there are more than enough folks in that local job market who already agree with them. Time to call my broker and divest from any company that feels like these people do.

I think they learned from the experiences of social influencers in the Ukraine they can be more and therefore more effective, at home.

Seems the New Yawk Pah-leese Depahtment has finally figured out something we’ve known for years: There’s somebody behind these protests and movements.

Ya don’t say?

A Proud Infidel®™

IMO they’re all useful idiots doing the bidding of their herders and handlers.

Well, slap my ass and call me Suzie, even a blind squirrel can find a nut every once in a while.

Yoder is a common Amish name in these parts. The Idaho bunch must be a different branch.

Leave bison alone! It may be my ex-wife and she’s been thru enough!

Also major SPotW, my fellow Connectic*nters for criticizing this New Haven Police Officer’s use of tactic:

“When you woke up this morning were you thinking you were going to have a whole big boy plate of stupid for dinner? Because you probably should have stayed in bed.”

I’m thinking that will be the last time anyone does that for a minute.

Also, helmets can help prevent serious injury when you are being stupid, if people weren’t so dumb they would know that.
