How come so many of these protesters don’t look they’ve ever held a real job anywhere?

At the time of the offense, the now 23-year-old Thompson was on probation and enrolled in a diversion program after police said he possessed a stolen firearm and fled from officers, according to court records.

At a Feb. 2 sentencing hearing, Davis said she believed the jury’s recommended sentence was excessive and left no chance for the 23-year-old’s rehabilitation.

“Unfortunately, he fell through the cracks and ended up before this court as an 18 or 19-year-old,” Davis said

Sounds to me like he was handed a second chance on a golden platter and then doubled down on the stupid.

Oh but wait, there is more.

Thompson told the prosecutor he would see her in 20 years and called her a b****, told Davis to eat his d*** multiple times, and during sentencing said, “If I could spit on you, I would.”

Even more at that the link but have your BP meds on hand.

Thompson actually admitted he was not only guilty, but that he would kidnap and rape Davis when he got out. And she still cut his sentence and allowed him to be eligible for parole.
That’s dedication to the bit. I don’t know any woman alive who would do the same.

Seriously. More and more I’m of the opinion that private citizens should go “lone wolf vigilante” to deliver the true justice that our current DildoCrat (in)justice system doesn’t.

Why lone wolf? Because more and more any group of more than one has/is/will be infiltrated by the FiBbIes.

You can’t call yourself a “Woman of God” when you bear false witness (claiming to be a woman) and violate God’s other commandments (e.g., Deuteronomy 22:5). Deuteronomy 22:5 prohibits men from wearing female clothing, one intent is that women do not portray themselves as men and men don’t portray themselves as women. By claiming to be a “Woman of God,” this person also violates the commandment regarding using God’s name in vain.

As part of the old covenant with God, Christians generally do not follow the laws, ceremonies and civil procedures of Deuteronomy. Jews are required to follow them obviously. There is some good stuff in there ranging from theft of lost property to exercising due care to guests of your house.

Jesus placed a new commandment as the first and greatest and then demanded followers follow the other original ten. Other than that, there aren’t a lot of rules. This new openness was to allow all people (gentiles), fallen as we all are, to come to know God.

I recommend reading the entire Bible word for word, from the beginning of Genesis to the end of Revelation as you’ll get a different perspective from the one that the Christian church teaches.

Jesus said that he did not come to change/overturn the laws but to fulfill them. The laws he was talking about was the laws that the Jews abided by. Jesus’s commandment to love God with all your heart, mind, and soul summarizes the 1st – 4th commandments. Loving your neighbor as yourself summarizes the 5th-10th commandments. Jesus described these 2 commandments as what the laws and the prophets hung from.

This, as with the rest of the New Testament, continues the Jewish message from the Old Testament. The 10 Commandments are the foundational commandments for the rest of the commandments in the Bible. This was one of the things that Jesus was talking about when addressing the importance of a house built on a rock foundation. Speaking on behalf of God, Jesus called on his disciples to follow his commandments… The 10 commandments are not the only commandments.

Jesus was preaching the Jewish gospel to a Hellenized/Romanized audience. Jesus himself was abiding by Jewish law. The last supper reflected his having the Passover meal required by Old Testament commandments related to this festivity.

Talks of “placing a new covenant” in peoples’ hearts references a renewal of the vows, a renewal of the commitment to abide by the covenant. Accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior is our entering that covenant (e.g. Moses’s speech about God’s blessings and curses).

In the Book of Acts, the Apostles continue practicing Judaism, in fact the Apostle Paul ran into trouble as he made his way to the Jewish temple.

The velvet chord was opened to include the gentiles; however, we could thank the Romans and the Greeks as a major reason to why Christianity is practiced differently from Judaism.

I appreciate your invite, I have of course studied the Bible for fifty years or so. Jesus said;

34 Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. 35 One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

The first is an obvious restatement of the first commandment. This is important because in the five books of the Torah the commandments are stated and restated over and over again, always beginning here with the first commandment. So it appears we start with another book of the Torah but instead he deviates slightly.

The second is from Leviticus 19:18. This is sort of interesting because Leviticus comes before Deuteronomy which omits this, nor does it appear before then. Yet Jesus contends that loving God and each other is the well spring of all of the Law and the prophets, which is a reordering of things and how we look at the world and while implied, was not a commandment. The other commandments have to do with how we interact with each other and God but now we are commanded to treat everyone else as wish to be treated ourselves because we should love each other. Were such a basic truth a thing there would be no conflict in the world.

Jesus lives this word by violating many rabbinical laws during his physical manifestation on Earth, always for the same reason; love. Jesus associates with unclean people, violates the Sabbath to heal and gathering food to feed the hungry. He is the living word and his word is that love trumps rabbinical law. I understand you see it differently. That is ok.

You’ve been studying the Bible for over 50 years? I’m glad to give you clarification of what you’ve been studying all this time. Your statement that the first commandment that Jesus gave was giving an “obvious restatement of the first commandment” is partially incorrect. The first commandment that Jesus gave was a restatement of the 1st-4th commandments. This is important, not because this is mentioned in the five books of the Torah, but because of the significance of the first commandment and the following comments. The first commandment tells us to only have God as our master. What does God, as our master, want us to do? This is detailed in the balance of the 10 commandments, as well as the commandments, statutes, and judgements that follow. The commandment doesn’t deviate slightly because we move to another book. As I mentioned above, the 2 commandments summarized the 10 commandments. Mentions of these two commandments in different parts of the Old Testament reflects this concept as understood by the prophets and their contemporaries during that time. Jesus didn’t mention these commandments because “the Torah said so,” but because this was an understood concept. No, Jesus didn’t contend that loving God with all your heart, mind, and soul, was the wellspring for the law and the prophets. Look at your second quote, Matthew 22:37-40… It clearly mentions the two commandments, and the fact that these 2 are what the law and prophets hang on. This is what Jesus was arguing. Not just the first commandment that he gave. This was not a “reordering of things of how we look at things.” The 10 Commandments detail the 2 commandments that you quoted above. The balance of the commandments the come after, detailing how we are to interact with each other, expand on the 10 commandments. Nothing is changed, they remained consistent from the OT to the NT. Now, go through the 5th-10th Commandments, what’s listed as the second commandment. Wouldn’t you want other people to abide by them when interacting with you? E.g., your kids honoring you, other people not stealing from you,… Read more »

Now, to test your 50+ years of studying the Bible.

In Luke 19:1-10, we have the story of Zacchaeus the Tax Collector. He climbs a tree to see Jesus. Jesus calls him down. When Zacchaeus gets to ground level, he promises to pay back to the people he deceived more than what he deceived from them.

Pull from your 50+ years of studying the Bible and provide an explanation of what this is teaching us.

However, you decided to tangle with Thebesig, who seems to have more patience. Enjoy!🤣

The judge in Louisville (Jefferson county) felt the jury overstated the recommended sentence and that she was also required by the state to consider how overcrowded the jails are (KY has not been funding the dept of corrections fully so is forcing judges to reduce sentences.)

She instead used the mandated minimum time for her sentencing.

The state could adjust the law to change the minimum but the ruling party refuses to let those bills out of committee (but does use these stories to fund raise for reelection)

Funny thing about the 3rd story…Che Guevara was locking up homosexuals and “rock-n-rollers” (same thing in his eyes) and sent them to the Cuban version of Gulags to “make men out of them.” Kinda sounds like “Arbeit macht frei”, huh? He would execute these “progressive” freaks on sight. Yep, Ernesto Guevara Lynch…met his end in Bolivia, just like Butch and Sundance. Only unlike Butch and Sundance, he went out like a punk.
