Norton: Public option is too popular
The Washington, DC delegate to Congress, Eleanor Holmes Norton, in an interview with the Washington News Observer says she warned the Democrat Caucus that the public option is too popular with her constituency;
If anything, I said yesterday to some of my friends in the Democratic Caucus, we better watch out because the public option is becoming so popular I think more people may think they’re gonna get it than are supposed to get it under the bill because it’s for a fairly limited number of people.
But who is surprised about that? Everyone thinks they deserve more than they are entitled to – especially in the District. And that’s why the public option polls so high – everyone wants free stuff.

Considering where she represents, and who lives there, is it any wonder that she SAYS that there’s a high popularity with the public option?
I wonder how many are going to be disappointed when the whole ObamaKare fails & falls like a house of cards in a hurricane?
And here I am still waiting for him to pay my mortgage, fill my gas tank, and give me a Skittle-shitting pony at the end of the happy rainbow and cotton candy cloud skies.
Of course it’s popular, the something-for-nothing crowd will always take something from the folks who actually pay the bills. And, like Sparky, I’m waiting for my unicorn, but I want one that shits M&M’s, and I want my mortgage paid off and my tank always full of gas, after 0 gives me a new car.
