This is the real problem with both DEI and Affirmative Action, arguing the whole from the exception. Sounds reasonable, as long as you have no understanding of basic logic or common sense. And I used to admire Cuban.
That’s the most stupid comment I have read in a while. DEI is not about hiring the most qualified regardless of ethnicity. It’s about quotas for hiring less qualified people despite more qualified people being available.
You know that, and Mark Cuban knows that as well.
IMHO DEI is about HANDING OUT undeserved promotions to the unqualified just because of their ethnicity.
I missed that part about the quotas, other than where the Supreme Court said that they were illegal.. Can you show me where that is? Like something after the SCOTUS decision?
Elon’s question was not when will there be a white or Asian on the Mavs, it was when will there be a white woman or Asian woman on the Mavs.
You have to find one good enough to play first. That is the whole point.
If race matters to you to decide, you are the racist.
