Illegal alien steals disabled veteran’s identity, later convicted of murder under that name
Lorenzo Antoni Alfred came to the U.S. from Trinidad. He stole a veteran’s identity, managing to obtain the veteran’s birth certificate and Social Security card. In 1989, he was convicted of murder under the disabled veteran’s name. After release in 2014, Alfred continued to use the disabled veteran’s identity. The disabled veteran is left with trying to reverse the negative impacts this identity theft had on him.
From the Miami Herald:
Lorenzo Antoni Alfred, 64, who lives in New York and is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago, stole the veteran’s identity in 1988 to “illegally come” to the U.S. and was able to obtain his birth certificate and Social Security card, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. It’s unclear how Alfred obtained the man’s identification documents.
Alfred was convicted of second-degree murder under the veteran’s name in 1989 in New York and wasn’t released from prison until 2014, prosecutors said.
After serving his prison sentence in New York, Alfred continued using the veteran’s identity and stole his benefits issued by the government, according to prosecutors, who didn’t specify the dollar amount of benefits he obtained.
He also acquired identity documents and credit cards issued in the veteran’s name in New York and Florida — while the veteran dealt with the fallout from the decades-long identity theft, prosecutors said.
“The victim was harmed psychologically and financially by the offenses, including temporarily losing his government benefits and being unable to obtain credit in his name,” prosecutors said.
By 2019, Alfred was living in Tampa, where he applied for a U.S. passport under the man’s name, according to prosecutors.

If this murderous bastard had of been executed 25 years ago, we wouldn’t be reading this story today. And just think, there’s at least 10 million more just like him now, 6 million that have come in this last 3 years.
Prepare
Yep. Should drag him out of whatever hole he’s in now and put him against a wall without a word.
I say just take the POS out somewhere in a remote desert, kneecap him with a ball peen hammer and leave him there to suffer for what he did.
But they’re all just hard-working immigrants and “dreamers” seeking a better life for them and theirs.
In a world run by me, an illegal alien convicted of a crime would automatically get the maximum sentence for that crime. If a murder conviction can result in 20 years to Life, or Death, give ’em Death. An American citizen can be afforded the benefit of mitigating circumstances, or maybe get a little leniency, but illegally entering our country and then committing a crime should compound into maxing out the sentence. DUI? First offense American–give them a fine, suspended license, and ASAP. First offense illegal–12 months in jail. Subsequent offense(s)–five years in prison.
This country is in rapid decline. There are a lot of hard-working and patriotic Americans who believe in our sanctity as a nation, but by and large we only matter when we make our voices heard. The powermongers in DC and in various statehouses and governors’ mansions around the country seem to be doing their best to undermine what is left of our Republic.
Minor correction, first offense any crime-illegal alien deportation. 2nd Offense, if the illegal returns-returned to his/her homeland via C-130, no chute, no landing.
HANO! Have a lottery on how high and how many bounces they make.
This is why I support the death penalty.
Identity theft is a muthaflocker… Hopefully this veteran is able to restore his good name.
I’ve been a victim of identity theft by my own brother. Don’t ask me how, but our SSNs differ by one digit, despite him being born over 10 years before me. By age 18 I was getting notices of unpaid utility bills in a city I never lived in. In my mid-20s, it was a ticket for failing to have my license on me. He’d gotten stopped at a DUI checkpoint and gave my info. Being the “good brother” and not wanting to risk putting him in jail, I reported to court, showed my license, and the charge was dismissed. I still think about how dumb I was; had the cop called me out for being someone other than who he’d stopped, I’d have risked my career and more. Over subsequent years, I’d see random things pop up on my credit report, but outside of protesting them, never took official measures to bring a stop to the nonsense.
Now, it’s game over for him. I think he realizes it, but if not, he’ll learn the hard way. My credit is finally getting decent, my income level is more than adequate, and frankly, the “good old days” of being loyal to someone who’s proven himself to be disloyal and outright criminalistic are over.
How an illegal can not only obtain official documents but pass himself off as an American citizen is disturbing to say the least. This is why I often check the interwebs for my name and personal information, try to get removed from all the BS “public info” searches (ussearch, etc.), and so on. I’m worried that one day, “I’ll” be facing an outstanding warrant, see a sudden crash in my credit score, or be hit with a repossession or foreclosure.
There is a woman in/near St. Louis who is very much alive, but has been declared dead. She has been fighting to prove her aliveness for years. All govt agencies she has contacted over the years have said to contact this, that or another agency. All the above agencies suggested the same agencies and the wheel continues to turn. No home, car or student loans can she aquire, and holding a job is a challenge. Especially when SSA says she is deceased.
It can she still vote?
But can she still vote?
Hack Stone is working the reception table for a Red Cross Blood Drive, and he was momentarily distracted. Hack attempted to donate blood, but was disqualified when the questionnaire asked whether he had sex with any males, and he replied that he was fucking with the Bice President of a proud but humble woman owned business that sells overpriced and outdated Red Hat Software to the Federal Government.
Just kidding, Hack’s iron level was .2 shy of qualifying.
Lorenzo Antoni Alfred stole the name and identity of Kelvin Dean Johnson.
Note his submitted passport application with his photo in the image.

“Who was pretending to be Kelvin Johnson, for more than three decades? Even serving 25 years in a New York prison for murder under what prosecutors say was a stolen identity?”
“Tuite concluded that Alfred was a flight risk, noting that Alfred was accused of using Johnson’s identity over more than three decades and obtained a birth certificate, Social Security card, credit card, debit card and an official prescription drug identification card. He said Alfred has a history of mental health problems and served 25 years in prison in New York after his conviction – as Kelvin Johnson – for second-degree murder and robbery.”
He is only getting 7 years:
