Chicago ‘peacekeeper’ involved with beating and robbing a motorist

| June 1, 2023

A Chicago ‘peacekeeper’ has been charged with beating and robbing a man. The individual was wearing a neon yellow “peacekeepers” vest, and assisted a group of people who beat and robbed a motorist in Little Village. The name of the ‘peacekeeper’ is Oscar Montes, and he is being held without bail due to his charges involving robbery, aggravated battery, and unlawful vehicular invasion. Montes claims to have issues with back and neck injuries and with PTSD.

From CWB Chicago:

A 37-year-old man was pulled from his vehicle by “multiple offenders,” including one wearing a neon vest, a Chicago police spokesperson said Saturday. During Montes’ bail hearing, prosecutor Charles Golaszewski said six or seven men joined Montes in pulling the victim from the driver’s seat.

The group punched and kicked him on the ground. Montes took the victim’s phone and beat the man with it, Golaszewski alleged. Another man took the victim’s wallet before everyone scattered as Chicago cops returned to the scene.

A police surveillance camera recorded the entire attack, Golaszewski said, and officers who reviewed the footage identified a man wearing a yellow vest as one of the attackers.

Police officers searched the area and quickly located Montes walking away from them while removing “a neon ‘peacekeepers’ vest,” according to the CPD arrest report. No other arrests were made.

The victim was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in serious condition with significant injuries to one eye, cuts, bruises, and abrasions. Golaszewski said he suffered a facial fracture, rib fracture, and a left eye injury that has caused partial vision loss. It is unclear if the victim’s vision will fully return.

A CPD officer signed complaints on behalf of the victim, who was “not capable” of signing the papers himself “due to his injuries,” the police report said.

Worse than the UN…

He was assisting by getting a statement from the victim. It mostly went; “ow! ahhhh, stop mutherfukr! letgoofmyfone!”

Then the raciss police showed up and ruined everything.

Too bad Mr Peacekeeper didn’t meet Mr Peacemaker.

Col.Colt’s invention is still a great equalizer.

Gov Prickster stated that the purpose of the “Peacekeepers” was part of the state’s “anti-violence strategy with a community focused approach”, and that the workers “will help de-escalate and keep our neighborhoods safe.”

And now they have Montes.

I wonder if the victim can argue that Montes, serving as a member of the “peacekeepers”, was somehow working under the color of law (in substitute of the police), and sue both the city of Chicago and State of Illinois for a fu*k-ton of money?

That’d be interesting to watch.

He was likely on the clock at the time. I’d sue for millions either way.

Sue state, city, and personally.

I thought that being a deep blue city, that criminals were not being charged or prosecuted in Shitcongo.

I suspect that charges against Montes will be dropped or reduced once the check from Soro’s office to the DA clears.

They get charged, released on a no bail bond, given a court date 5 years from now, That gets delayed, they get rearrested, process repeats ad infinium

Well…that didn’t take long…

Montes has a long criminal history, what a shocker.

He was released from an Illinois prison last May following an aggravated discharge of a firearm conviction. In that case, from 2012, prosecutors charged him with attempted murder. But Montes accepted a plea deal of 12 years in prison for just the discharge charge.”

This is why he was perfect as a piece maker. All that experience.

Let’s go all Old Testament Biblical on this piece of sh^t…and his cohorts. “An eye for an eye…” literally. I may not agree with “mob rule” but I have no problem with “mob punishment”. Public hanging or public stoning…I’m good with either/or.

Because of Montes, that group will be scrutinized, and certainly not trusted. Just a matter of time before an open declaration against them will go into effect.

Don’t be silly, they will double down and pretend it never happened. At some point it will become the victim’s fault.

Since we are already living ‘ Idiocracy ‘ IRL, we should have Idiocracy style Rehabilitation complete with Guitar Army.
