Friday short takes – AF Grad Miss Colorado, hunters win, more Hunter whistleblowers

| June 2, 2023

Madison Marsh had a busy week. A three day competition to become Miss Colorado Saturday, marched in a Memorial Day march Monday, commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant Wednesday, then her official graduation was yesterday.

Marsh said she’s a physics major with an astrophysics focus, and then over the semester, she began to switch over to pancreatic cancer and artificial intelligence application.  KOAA.com

We keep hearing about under-achieving younger kids… nice to see the alternative.

When she’s not fulfilling her duties as the reigning Miss Academy, she’s busy preparing to compete in the upcoming Miss Colorado pageant. Or running the Whitney Marsh Foundation, the nonprofit she founded in 2019. Or conducting research with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Or lobbying members of Congress for increased funding for pancreatic cancer research. Or preparing to graduate from the Air Force Academy with a degree in physics. After she graduates in June, Marsh plans to attend graduate school at Harvard University. When that’s done, she intends to go through pilot training.  The Gazette

Ms. Marsh is the first active duty officer to compete for the Miss America crown.  She is pictured above in red, along with her mother for whom the cancer foundation was named.

Remember a while back when we talked about a group of hunters who were being sued for violating some rich pharma-lord’s airspace? The pharmasshole claimed their crossing intersecting fences at the corners of his property somehow  lowered his property values to the tune of $7,000,000.

The Order states: “. . . the Court finds that where a person corner crosses on foot within the checkerboard from public land to public land without touching the surface of private land and without damaging private property, there is no liability for trespass.”

“This is a long overdue and singularly great outcome for the entire American public and anybody who enjoys public lands,” the hunters’ attorney Ryan Semerad told WyoFile. Semerad says they “fully expect” an appeal.

Outdoor Life

You can expect billionaire Fred Eschelman to appeal this. Pity the judge didn’t assess him legal fees, dismiss the suit with prejudice, or make it apply outside Wyoming – there are many areas in our country where rich landowners effectively eliminate public access to public lands by owning and posting the property around them.  Makes you wish legislators, instead of worrying about things like pronouns, would mandate easements to access public lands. If they are public lands, they are OURS.

Let me tell you, putting a straightish picture of Hunter Biden up ain’t easy. If only you could see all the memes we have on file for him…

Anyway, a quick update: a bit back we mentioned that a whistleblower was talking to SEN. Grassley’s investigation of Hunter Biden, alleging FBI cover-up, failure to follow through on tips, etc? Grassley’s asked the FBI for some of their procedural forms (FD-1023 if you really want to know) to see their records …the FBI denied access and essentially say these are unevaluated accusations hence not releasable. Well, we are up to multiple whistle-blowers saying the same thing. The White House response is lovely:

Ian Sams, the White House spokesperson for oversight and investigations, also said in response to the GOP letter, “For going on five years now, Republicans in Congress have been lobbing unfounded, unproven, politically-motivated attacks against the President and his family without offering evidence for their claims or evidence of decisions influenced by anything other than U.S. interests.”

He added, “When it comes to President Biden’s personal finances, anybody can take a look: he has offered an unprecedented level of transparency, releasing a total of 25 years of tax returns to the American public.”

CBS News

Funny how different people keep saying the same thing. And how the FBI ignores that if you don’t bother evaluate information fairly, it remains unevaluated. Duh…  And of course we’d believe Joe’s tax returns…as much as Al Capone’s. Is there a specific 1099 for bribes? Or are they a line item under “income”?

Someone has released all of the pictures on the Biden laptop, with the exception of the nude pictures of Halie Biden. Traffic on the site enormous. Make sure you go to the right one because Democratic operatives immediately set up malicious spyware and viruses on similar sites, seems like they were ready for this one.

Big tech appears to be restrictioing access to protect the big guy, but traffic is also making it difficult to get.in.

Oh, wow. Hackers have discovered honey trapping based on current events.

Wow, that’s original.

Holy shedozzle. I can see why the media was so skepitcal of the laptop being a fake, lol. It’s really hard to get an accurate count of the hairs on Hunter’s ass.

If they ever had any pretense of being unbiased, it isn’t just over, it’s been flattened by a steamroller, set aflame to the remains and the ash blew away in the wind.

That face you make… when you find surprise drunks pics online and can’t remember whether those women with you were midgets or underage.

I’ve also seen that face on many homeless crackheads whose father isn’t the POTUS.

Didn’t say it was a good one.

As always, all the things the DemocRATS accused Trump of doing they are GUILTY of doing.

If you substituted Trump for Biden, the Propaganda Ministry/MSM would being ape-shit over the obvious corruption/misdeeds of The Biden Crime Family.

“…got a Lady in Red at the back of my head…” (ht 2 KR & The Brothers Gibb) No surprise about that Sister Golden Hair… SALUTE!

Sometimes a Judge gets it right…Sometimes.

The Artist formerly known as Hunter is a despicable POS and the epitome of the Deep State Corruption that is rife within the grubermint of these States United. How much more evidence is needed?

A musical interlude that I think I’ll dedicate to our very own OAM.

Ever since the obama administration the entire fed judicial system has been co opted. There literally is no longer any criminal investigative agency, nor prosecutorial agency in the federal govt that is not owned and controlled by the demokrat party. They don’t even care to hide it any more because, outside of an open rebellion, there is no one to stop their control. It is open and blatant. The premier example is the fbi investigation into hillary’s criminal activity while serving under obama.

There were only 30 felonies committed there so no reason to prosecute.

What does that Gropey Joe spokeshole consider “evidence?” There is a plethora of evidence on that laptop. Much of it corroborated by the other party to multiple emails and the testimony of Tony Bobulinski.

Prior Service

Feds: “There is no evidence”
GOP Congress: “we’ve subpoenaed the evidence but you won’t comply.”
Feds: “you can peek at it but you can’t have it.”
GOP Congress: “I thought you said there is no evidence.”
Feds. “There is no evidence.”
Dems: “this is old news. We’ve already litigated it. Stop pouncing.”
GOP Congress. **sits up. Plays dead. Rolls over**

Google:

Tony BobulinskiRob Walker (or John Robinson Walker)James GilliarIt’s like these people suddenly ceased to exist with the left wing media. Plenty of hits on the right but the left never heard of them despite them working for the Clintons and visiting the Biden White House numerous times.

Better yet, try ANY of the names on this list:

“For going on five years now, Republicans Democrats in Congress have been lobbing unfounded, unproven, politically-motivated attacks against the President and his family without offering evidence for their claims…”

Once I changed the party title, I realized where I had heard this before.
