You really can’t tell the players apart without a scorecard, can you? I’ve written before about leftists millions getting pumped into elections far from home trying to influence peoples’ lives. We all know the usual suspects, David Bloomberg who finances seemingly hundreds of anti-gun groups (not to mention blowing something like $50,000,000 on his own failed few-delegate Presidential campaign. Wait, I stand corrected, it was $1,000,000,000 Business Insider Call it $23,000,000 per delegate. Then there’s everyone’s favorite Hungarian Nazi-we-love-to-hate, George Soros. We’ve discussed him before ad nauseum (or maybe that’s just the feeling it inspires.)
Here’s one I didn’t know Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss. This lad is pouring tens of millions of dollars into left-wing causes and groups.
Fund for a Better Future (FBF), which has received a majority of its funding from two nonprofit foundations overseen by Wyss in recent years, pushed large sums of cash last year to groups dedicated to overhauling the Supreme Court, supporting President Biden’s “Build Back Better” initiative, addressing alleged voter suppression and advocating for aggressive climate change policies .
In 2021, the group funneled nearly $10.7 million to the League of Conservation Voters (LCV), a powerful environmental organization that advocates for a massive green transition away from fossil fuels and which is active on Capitol Hill. The contribution was the largest donation FBF made to any group last year.
In addition, FBF gave $10 million last year to Priorities USA Action, a left-wing political action committee (PAC) that works to elect Democratic candidates across the country. Priorities USA Action was aligned with former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2012 and 2016, respectively, and has been described as the largest Democratic super PAC in 2020.
They want to add seats to the Supreme Court, they want to add term limits for justices, they want to overhaul it and swing not just the Supreme Court but all levels of the judiciary more progressive,” Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of conservative-leaning Americans for Public Trust, told Fox News in 2021.
Oh, and FBF donates heavily to the Biden/Harris folks, Stacey Abrams, while pushing back on the idea that Wyss is their major funder, despite FBF providing most of their funds.
Gotta keep shining the light on the cockroaches… especially when they are foreign cockroaches trying to subvert our justice system.
Talk to us about term limits on judges, after the Constitutional amendment limiting Congressional term to include staffers is ratified.

I think I’m safe with the # 1 and # 2 stubby philips head screw drivers I have which are 3 and a half inches long but not good with the regular size screw drivers I also have.

Why are foreigners propping up candidates and legislation they like? Isn’t foreign influence in US elections a bad thing?
Foreign influence in our elections was only bad when it was from Russia specifically in the years 2016-2020. Everything else is fine.

Trying to figure out why they are bitching about foreign influence in our elections while America has been influencing and fixing elections of foreign countries for the last century.
That would be something of a miracle if both Koch brothers donated since only 1 is alive.
Well aware of that, but the biggest bitching from the Democrats was when both were alive.

Foreign money and nonprofits- two things we need to get rid of in the American political system.
(BTW, I think that the only “nonprofits” that should be allowed [by the tax code, which sadly governs our lives] are entities that are clearly charities. But that’s a pipe dream.)
