Chester Co. Peace Movement: You’re Nazis
I got this in my email this morning forwarded from someone who decided to send it to the White House to investigate as “fishy”. It’s from Karen Porter, the nutjob who organizes the Chester County Peace Movement in Pennsylvania – the same group that physically attacked our buddy Skye;
These people [folks protesting the President’s impending policies] are (1) not going to surrender power to a black man and (2) fanatics who will stop at nothing. I mean nothing. Got that?
Nothing.
It’s time that all of you understand that if you didn’t before. Some of you probably still don’t have the ability to understand how dark certain forces can be – if you can’t understand it, please go back and read some pre-World War II German history. Then maybe you’ll understand the gravity of this situation we face. Hard economic times. Scapegoating. Racial and ethnic hatred. Violence. Paranoia. Anti-intellectualism. Religious fanatacism. Sexism. Powerful money interests pulling so-called “populist” strings. What I see happening right now in this country has happened before – about 70 years ago in Germany, friends.
Yes, you folks out there exercising your rights to freely assemble and speak your minds are nothing but a bunch of racist Nazis. besides being a poor student of history, Karen Porter has all the earmarks of a serious drama queen.
Added: I just figured out who sent me this email. I’m not used to seeing Skye’s real name.

Karen Porter. Nothing.
That’s right, Karen, I am against policies that strip me of my individual freedoms and my money in order to give it to someone who isn’t me, and doesn’t go to my job for me, and doesn’t pay my bills, or provide for my family, etc. If you want to EARN my money, then you had better show up at my house and be ready to do my housework, mow my lawn, etc. I give to charities of my choice, not yours, so; who’s the fascist?
Back when I was about 12 years old, my next door neighbor was just home from Vietnam and he had said something that made me realize that I was conservative, even back then. He said “No one is more generous than someone spending other peoples money”. I asked him to put that in english (he laughed) and said “it’s easy for someone to give away other peoples money, but those same people are rarely as generous with their own.”
The discussion of the day was government spending and new “programs” that were being floated by liberals even back then. Great Society, yadda, yadda, yadda.
Sounds like “Karen” has the right historical facts. Just attributed to the wrong people. It was the NAZI’s, their sycophants and camp followers, who were doing all those things she’s b**g about.
“The more things change, the more they stay the same.”
Wow. That was rich! Am I surprised? Hell.NO.
Old Trooper- Amen. That sounds like my children at the moment and I like to tell them just wait until it’s your dime. We’ll see how generous you are! 🙂
Skye never emails me anymore. 🙁
Well, here’s a little story about someone who has been more than generous, yet doesn’t talk about it. Michael Schumacher, the 7 time world champion in Formula 1 racing, put up $10 million of his own money for the Tsunami victims then went to other drivers and teams to see if they would pony up some dough. See, he made the first move, so I don’t have a problem with him then asking others to help.
commies don’t do that, they get “concerned” over a cause, then use their celebrity, or power/influence to get you to pay for their pet “cause” as though them being “concerned” is enough of a contribution. Most of the time they either try and guilt you into it, or just outright demand it from you, or in this case, call you every name in the book for not agreeing to give more of your money to the government.
On a side: I’m getting really sick and tired of the Nazi references these buffoons use. They have so diluted the word that it holds no special meaning anymore.
TSO: Sorry dude. I tell ya what; I’ll email you, that should make you happy 🙂
And to gloss over what ACORN has done, the SEIU, the UAW and others, as far as buying elections, and then call people who are exercising their rights “nazi’s”? The Secretary of HHS says we don’t have a very good health care system in this country, and the government can deliver better? The same folks who can’t fund a Cash for Clunkers program for more than 7 days, the same people who gave us that shining example of government success, public housing?
Jeez
How much longer before these Commies accuse us of being subversive counterrevolutionaries who suffer from sluggishly progressive pre-senile schizophrenia?
Fred: They are already laying the foundation for just that.
