Forget the red wave, Michael Moore predicts the opposite
Forget the polling data, forget the pundits, forget what you may have heard about how the upcoming midterm elections will pan out. Michael Moore anticipates that there will be a “landslide” against the Republicans that voted against certifying Biden, as well as against the overturn of Roe v Wade.

Moore, who faced heavy pushback for famously predicting President Trump’s election victory in 2016, says he now thinks “the opposite is going to happen” on Election Day.
“I think that there is going to be such a landslide against the traitors, especially against the 147 Republicans who just hours after the insurrection, voted to not certify the elected president of the United States Joe Biden, and I think there is going to be so many people coming out to vote,” Moore said.
“I want to thank the Supreme Court for reminding women that they are, in fact, second-class citizens and taking their rights away like this,” Moore added.
The Oscar-winning documentarian cited the vote in Kansas that preserved abortion rights as a sign of Democratic optimism and that a “massive turnout of women” will impact the results of the midterms. He also cited the defeat of Sarah Palin in Alaska’s special election, which went to newly sworn-in Democratic Rep. Mary Peltola.
“There are so many signs of this that I think, I honestly think if we all do our work and we all get people to get out there and we get out there ourselves… I think we can throw out a huge number of these Republican traitors in November,” Moore said.
Moore also predicted Democrats will pick up “two to five” Senate seats in November and will maintain control in the House of Representatives, insisting the pundits are “all wrong.”
“So women, young people and people of color are going to save the day and we are going to be very happy the day after the election,” Moore told the “Real Time” audience. “I think there’s a revolution — a non-violent revolution — going on in favor of democracy. People don’t want to lose it. Look at how close we are at losing it. And we can’t lose it.”

If you are paying attention, and not just in your ridiculous information bubble, you would know the republicans are going to significantly underperform compared to historical midterms with a president at negative overall approval.
In some areas republicans are going to significantly underperform.
Republicans should have no problem winning the house and the senate. But instead they will lose in the senate, and they will win the house with a much slimmer margin that they would be expected to.
I would not be surprised to see them not win either the house or the senate. And lose a seat or two in the senate.
It is pretty ridiculous what the GOP has become. They hold the minority position on nearly every single issue voters care about at this point. MAGA is discredited, and the Christian Nationalist movement in the GOP is even worse and more disliked.

We were at a small local festival last night and saw the local democrat party had a booth set up, in the dark, no one around, no one visiting! About 75 feet away was a guy selling all sorts of patriotic stuff, and he was so overwhelmed with customers, he couldn’t keep up. I’m going to say that the average American sees what’s going on and will vote accordingly.
BTW, the only thing I’ve seen Democrats fix so far is elections!
