The House passes the Build Back Better spending package

| November 19, 2021

The Democrats argue that this act will create good paying jobs, will lower costs, will result in the wealthy and the corporations to pay their fair share, etc. The Republicans argue that this will result in taxes being raised, in more money needing to be borrowed, and represents spending recklessness. There are additional arguments made from both sides.

From the Post Millennial:

McCarthy accused the Democrats of being “out of touch,” and added that the bill “supports more waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption”

“From bank surveillance to bailouts, this bill takes the problems President Biden and Democrats have already created and makes them much, much worse. It’s no secret that this bill is too extreme, too costly, and too liberal for the United States. My colleagues here in the House and in the Senate know it. And staunch liberals in the press know it,” said McCarthy.

“Despite overwhelming warnings from moderates in their party, from liberals in the press, and from the American people at the polls — House Democrats are plugging their ears and plunging ahead without regard for the consequences. The Democrats aren’t just ignoring what’s going on. It’s worse: they aren’t even pretending to listen,” he continued.

McCarthy blasted the Biden Administration, saying that the actions they have taken since January 2021 have caused massive inflation, the supply chain crisis, labor shortages, “and when his administration missteps – and it does often – Biden blames the military, our allies, the Vice President, Congress, ordinary Americans… anyone but himself.”

“One party rule for one year has brought us inflation we haven’t seen in 31 years. Gas prices the highest it’s been since the last time President Biden was down at the White House. A Thanksgiving that’s going to cost you more than any time in your life. A border with 1.7 million encounters. A border, between February and October, that more people have crossed than 2018, 2019, and 2020 combined and Mr. Speaker, the closest the president has ever been to the border in 42 years is to drive through El Paso,” said McCarthy.

The Build Back Better bill heads to the Senate. The Post Millennial has the full story and videos here. Fox News has additional details.

I just saw an interview that Fox News did with a farmer. Feed for their cows has gone up $42/ton. And the cost of crop seeds has doubled. They didn’t even get to the cost of gas and diesel.
Food is going to get more expensive.
As for FJB’s claim about jobs, the government doesn’t create jobs.

Rich left/libtards and Democrats will be okay so we can greatfully benefit from their largesse and nice gov’t programs like good peasants.

Sure the Govt creates jobs… this bill is authorizing the hiring of up to 80k IRS Agents trained to and now legally authorized to examine even small transactions. (If it becomes law) it also will create more accountant jobs for those serving the rich who will have to figure out how to spend all that extra FED money they’ll get by having no limits on the Trump enacted SALT deduction cap.

“If it becomes law”? I doubt that the dems care about the law.
I’m sure those IRS agents will enjoy looking at anyone who gets a paycheck, pension check, VA check whose income totals somewhere around $10K. Which means that the IRS will be looking over everyone’s checking accounts.

They certainly seem to not care. They are advising businesses to ignore the 5th Circuit and continue the OSHA enforced Vax mandate. You know, I’ve been seeing studies from other countries seemingly showing that vaxed folks are getting COVID more than unvaxed or natural immunity folks. Crickets here. Yeah the IRS will come after anyone but it’s gonna hurt the middle class or lower the hardest. The rich know how to hide assets well. They’ll get the most money in fees and fines for not getting it right.

I’m going to create the filthiest legal porn name as a corporation and then have no payments except to that web page to pay my bills….. you spent 900 a month at http://www.thisnamemakesmepuke.com….. I’d love that audit.

Not to mention, there are mysterious piles of bricks that are just appearing in Kenosha ahead of the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict:

“Biden blames…..anyone but himself.” That says it all. Who amongst us expected any different from a lying, grifting, career politician that has been a parasite on the American Taxpayer for nearly 50 years? Yeah, didn’t think so.

“Never underestimate Joe’s ability to f’k things up.” BHO

And as the destruction of America continues, Mao grins.

And in the Senate, only two Senators stand between us and some of the worst ideas of this administration. Both of them are blue dog Democrats. Anyone else feeling this is too close for comfort?

Amen! Not feeling safe.

From Powerline: “earlier today the CBO released an estimate that, as I read it, indicates the bill will increase the federal deficit by over $791 billion between 2022 and 2026, and $367 billion between 2022 and 2031. So much for paying for itself.”
