Potential vaccine mandate for organizations with under 100 workers
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is considering a mandate for organizations with less than 100 workers. They are seeking commentary on this consideration. The mandate for businesses, with 100 or more employees to require employees to get vaccinated or have weekly tests, begins on January 4, 2022.
From Fox News:
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) says it is “seeking comment” about whether businesses with fewer than 100 employees should be subject to the COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandate it is implementing on big businesses.
OSHA’s requirement will force businesses with more than 100 employees to mandate vaccines or else their employees will need to wear masks and be tested for COVID-19 weekly. It will go into effect Jan. 4.
But according to a summary released by OSHA, it appears to be considering implementing the rule for small businesses as well.
“OSHA is confident that employers with 100 or more employees have the administrative capacity to implement the standard’s requirements promptly, but is less confident that smaller employers can do so without undue disruption,” the summary says. “OSHA needs additional time to assess the capacity of smaller employers, and is seeking comment to help the agency make that determination.”
Fox News has the article here. The Federal Register provides more details on vaccination and testing at this link.

Im still trying to figure out exactly WHO vested the OSHA with regulatory powers.
Congress did. Just like any other Federal agency.

Fair enough. Poor choice of words on my part. Im more concerned about who gifted OHSA with end all/be all “DO THIS” powers when it comes to ‘get stuck/or get this swab jammed up your nose’ powers.
The same power that let OSHA require hard hats, safety shoes, long pants, N95 respirators, and other PPE at certain job sites.
I agree that the vaccine should be optional. However, this means that the unvaccinated have to either telecommute when possible, or mask up and socially distance when not possible. Is requiring a mask to protect others from an unvaccinated, asymtomatic Typhoid Mary really any different from other PPE designed to protect from chemicals, sharps, or other dangers?
Yes, Bitchden is overstepping. The only thing needed is to just expand PPE requirements to require valveless N95 masks for all workers. Let the businesses deduct the cost from their taxes. That’s much more reasonable than requiring a new vaccine whose long-term effects are unknown.
If the vaxed can still get the rona, why the fuck should I have to wear a mask? This is the first time in history that the failure of a vax to work is being blamed on people who don’t get the vax! Fuck them and fuck anyone pushing the bullshit agenda. I WILL NOT COMPLY.
😑
If your vaccination works, why should I need one? If your vaccination doesn’t work, why should I get one?
If the vaccinated can catch the virus from an unvaccinated person, they can also catch it from a vaccinated person. Turn you brain on.
Note:
-I do not recall voting for OSHA
-I did not see OSHA on the last Federal Election Ballot
-I do not have a point-of-contact for Representative OSHA
-I do not recall OSHA’s district being gerrymandered to encompass my residence
-my Pastor never told me there is a biblical requirement to follow, obey, or be reverent to OSHA
-OSHA is not mentioned once in The Contract of the American People with their government
And I never deeded a right to an OSHA nor have I ever authorized them to count, let allow to triple digits.
Since Emperor OSHA would like to decree, I happily submit Caesar OSHA should go fornicate his/her/xers self.
Lo! The Grand Army of the OSHA ‘tis on the march!
Allow=alone
Also, OSHA = AFT, FBI, CDC, IRS, FDA, WKRP, SPQR…

LET’S GO BRANDON!!!
“ -my Pastor never told me there is a biblical requirement to follow, obey, or be reverent to OSHA”
Romans 13:1-7 KJV 1611:
1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
Really? That’s your take? Apparently you didn’t read the prior chapter:
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12
“…offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God” kinda makes it difficult to do so while defiling the body with aborted cells like He commanded not to do in Deuteronomy 5:17, no?
Besides, Saul of Tarsus is simply stating the obvious, God has dominion over this world and His Law is the one to be obeyed, i.e. man’s law is transient, see:
11 And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. 13 Let us behave decently…
It is promised that ‘the hour come’ and we, God’s children, ‘put on the armor of light’. Again, I fail to see OSHA. Maybe Psalm 23 should read:
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of [barely deadly virus],
I fear no [illegal vaxxxine some psychopath ‘doctors’ made], for [OHSA is] with me;
Your [needle] and [clipboard], they comfort me.
There is no way this is permitted in His Law and YHWH don’t take that crap lightly.
We will see.
Just in case my position isn’t abundantly clear on my level of contempt for that read, Bear with Bear Independent does a better job.
Enjoy.

“They are seeking commentary”
Dear OSHA, suck on it.
Not the same feeling as this gentleman on the LAPD police chief, oh wait, YES I DO feel the same way, about Biden, Congress, Fauci, the vaccine mandate, Demoncrats, and someone here who shall remain nameless.
Not like I support BLM or protestors…
You GO JUAN!!!
NSFW!!!! REALLY!! (listen quietly)
If only there was some sort of document that establishes the responsibilities and limitations of our state and federal government.
There was. GrannyNan had the Scotts Paper Product Company put it on a roll to hang in her private outhouse.
Commie-Tsar showing up in 5.4.3.2..
Was there a bill passed through the Kongressional Klown Krew, and signed into law by (p)Resident Poopy-Pants? No? Didn’t think so.
I wonder where the nearest OSHA orifice is around here? May be time to pay them a midnight visit if-ya-know-what-I-mean.
A mandate is not a law. It’s two guys having dinner together.
osha was never set up to investigate who gets shots on job sites. Was rare for osha to come onto a site with nyc local 3 electricians working for fear of getting a wrench dropped on their heads. over 20 years ago or so, there was an incident involvolving a trench collapse confinment rescue with the on scene FD not having certain tools in there Dept for these type of rescues and used their hands, shovels and were fined I think around $10,000.00 for the lack of equipment which at the time, this type of rescues were on what I mentioned above. Such an uproar over this that osha withdrew the fine. Confined space rescue equipment and training are a big thing now in the Fire Service. I do give osha/niosh credit for some of their investigations under NFPA standards.
Let’s Go, Brandon!
OSHA can take a long walk off a short pier, in Alaska, in January, in nothing but their shorts.
I will not comply!
