Man fatally shoots neighbor in dispute over a cat
Not your usual conflict over some pussy. Jeff LPH 3 sends in,
A Florida man is accused of killing his neighbor in a dispute over a cat that wandered into his yard, sheriff’s officials said.
Clifford Anthony Bliss Jr., 58, became angry when the cat went into his yard Wednesday, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.
He went to his neighbor’s home in Umatilla and threatened to shoot the cat, officials said.
James Arland Taylor Jr., 41, asked him not to shoot the cat, according to deputies. That’s when Bliss shot Taylor, they said.
Deputies said they interviewed a woman who was at Taylor’s home when Bliss knocked on the door. She said he was angry about the cat and that Taylor asked him not to shoot the cat, the Ocala Star-Banner reported.
Taylor was shot at least once in the chest, officials said.
Bliss was arrested without incident. He is charged with second-degree murder and was being held without bond in the Marion County Jail. Court records did not list a lawyer for Bliss.
Umatilla is near Ocala in north Florida.

Truck Goes Through ‘Ice’ In Barron County In DWI, Sheriff’s Dept. Reports
You’re on thin ice here, drunky.
The last few days have brought colder temperatures to Minnesota and Wisconsin, including overnight lows at or below freezing in some parts. But an incident overnight has the Barron County [Wisconsin] Sheriff’s Department asking, “Where do we begin with this one?”
The department shared an image of a truck in the water, with an apparent ice fishing house behind it, not so much a thin-ice warning as it was a no-ice warning.
The image was posted to Facebook Saturday morning, with the caption: “THE.ICE.IS.NOT.READY.YET.”
The caption on the photo indicates that investigators say alcohol was a factor, and that it was the third incident involving operating while intoxicated that evening.
Drunk driving is not something that practice makes better apparently.

State worker left cocaine, scale at work
An employee in the [New York] state’s Department of Taxation and Finance faces a felony drug charge after State Police said he left 6.5 grams of cocaine and a scale for measuring drugs at work.
Police said they charged him with felony sale and possession of a controlled substance but so far it is unclear if the alleged sale took place at work.
State Police investigated after co-workers at the agency found a plastic bag containing a white, powdery substance on Oct. 21.
Troopers said the substance tested positive for cocaine; they also found a digital scale nearby.
State Police said their investigation revealed that the 44-year-old Albany man dropped the items as he was leaving the office.
Charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession offenses, he was arraigned Monday in City Court and sent to the Albany County jail on $10,000 bail.

Man accused of having sex with horses in NOLA jailed for same crime in California
This guy was trying to see a man about a horse.
A man wanted for allegedly having sex with horses in New Orleans’ City Park has been arrested under suspicion of doing the same thing in California, jail records show.
According to the Marin County Sheriff’s Office, Koshaun Dion Baker was arrested on Sept. 21 by National Park Service Rangers. He is facing charges including cruelty to animals and sexual assault on an animal. His bail has been set at $150,000.
Rangers arrested Baker after an incident at the Presidio Riding Club. Rangers told the Marin Independent Journal someone had broken into the building, vandalized it, and released about 10 horses.
Baker was identified as the suspect and booked into jail.
A spokesperson for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area declined to elaborate on the alleged sex crimes, saying only that none of the horses required medical attention.
Four horses were identified as victims of animal cruelty, but not specifically sexual conduct.
New Orleans police have been searching for Baker since last December after he was identified as the suspect who committed “unnatural sex acts” with at least two horses.
This begs the question, what are “natural sex acts” one may legally do with a horse? Now, no AOC jokes guys. She definitely resembles a donkey more than a horse anyway.

Suspect leaves ID behind after stealing catalytic converter
Sacramento County investigators said they tracked down a suspect after he allegedly left his ID behind at the scene of a catalytic converter theft.
The morning of Oct. 21, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said it got a call from a citizen who said their catalytic converter had been stolen earlier that morning. Under their vehicle, they found a saw blade and a California ID.
Sacramento County Sheriff’s Sgt. Rod Grassmann said the ID belonged to 34-year-old Timothy Andrew Eccel, who was on parole after serving prison time for first-degree burglary.
Deputies went to Eccel’s home where they found a reciprocating saw in his vehicle with a blade that matched the one found under the victim’s vehicle, Sgt. Grassmann said.
A laptop belonging to the San Juan Unified School District was also found on his bed. The sheriff’s office said Eccel did not have any ties to the school district.
Eccel was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of felony grand theft, felony vandalism, possession of burglary tools and a parole hold.

“declined to elaborate on the alleged sex crimes”
What idiot had to ask?
PETA probably.
That certainly explains a lot about where the NY taxes go. Cocaine don’t grow on trees you know.
MORE Stupid People of the Week: The Lincoln Project and the Virginia Democratic Party: “The Lincoln Project Roasted As ‘Deranged Hacks’ For Orchestrating Viral Hoax To Smear Youngkin: A Stunt Involving Fake Youngkin Supporters Posing With Tiki Torches Set Twitter Ablaze” https://www.foxnews.com/media/lincoln-project-roasted-viral-hoax-youngkin “The disgraced anti-Trump group The Lincoln Project is facing intense backlash for orchestrating the viral hoax involving tiki torch-holding individuals associating themselves with the Youngkin campaign.” “Twitter was set ablaze after images of a group wearing white shirts, khakis, baseball caps and sunglasses stood alongside the campaign bus of Virginia gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin reportedly vocal expressing support for the Republican, according to local NBC affiliate anchor Elizabeth Holmes.” “The imagery of the tiki torches was apparently meant to invoke the white nationalists who participated in the deadly events of Charlottesville in 2017.” “The stunt was seized upon by the left, including staffers from Democrat candidate Terry McAuliffe’s campaign.” “The Unite the Right rally was one of the darkest days in the Commonwealth’s history. this is who Glenn Youngkin’s supporters are,” McAuliffe spokesperson Christina Freundlich tweeted.” “Now, after widespread suspicion from Twitter critics that it was orchestrated by Youngkin opponents, the anti-Trump group took ownership of what it called a “demonstration.” “The Lincoln Project has run advertisements highlighting the hate unleashed in Charlottesville as well as Glenn Youngkin’s continued failure to denounce Donald Trump’s ‘very fine people on both sides.’ We will continue to draw this contrast in broadcast videos, on our social media platforms, and at Youngkin rallies,” the group stated in a press release. “Today’s demonstration was our way of reminding Virginians what happened in Charlottesville four years ago, the Republican Party’s embrace of those values, and Glenn Youngkin’s failure to condemn it.” “Needless to say, right-wing groups that perpetrated a fraud like this — causing media figures and campaign operatives to spend all day swamping Twitter with an outright racist lie — would be instantly banned from social media,” Substack journalist Glenn Greenwald tweeted.” “Others questioned whether or not the Lincoln Project was actually behind the stunt and was simply taking credit, comparing it to… Read more »
The ninja family along with friends, co-workers and others NAILED IT when we all stated Outgoing Virginia Governor “Coon-Man” Ole Ralphie Boy Northam WAS the KKK Dude in his College Yearbook:
“KKK Member Posing By Glenn Youngkin’s Bus Turns Out To Be Ralph Northam”
https://babylonbee.com/news/kkk-member-posing-by-glenn-younkins-buss-turns-out-to-be-ralph-northam
“A KKK member posing outside Glenn Youngkin’s bus, ostensibly to support the gubernatorial candidate, has turned out to actually just be Governor Ralph Northam in his trusty Klan hood.”
“We’re all in for Glenn! We’re all in for Glenn!” the man in the white hood chanted as Youngkin’s bus pulled into a campaign stop in Charlottesville. “We racists love Glenn. Vote for Glenn! We are not associated with the Democratic Party whatsoever, despite the white robe and hood! Go, Republicans!”
“One group of curious youths, who had arrived there in a van, was determined to get to the bottom of who exactly this KKK member was. “Something seems a little sus here,” the group’s leader said while hiding behind the bus. He leaped out and pulled the hood off the KKK member. “Why, it’s Ralph Northam! Zoinks!”
“Well, this is awkward, heh,” Northam said. He tried to use his pocket sand to escape, but got tripped up on his robes. “You didn’t see anything here!” he shouted as he stumbled away. “I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for you meddling kids!”
“Looks like Ralph Northam’s blasting off agaaaaaaaaain!!!” (His aides then informed him this was the wrong franchise).”
“At publishing time, Northam had been spotted posing at another Youngkin event in blackface.”
So the Lincoln Project is a bunch of torch carrying racists?
This is my surprised face 😐
“The Unite the Right rally was one of the darkest days in the Commonwealth’s history. this is who Glenn Youngkin’s supporters are,” McAuliffe spokesperson Christina Freundlich tweeted.”
Actually….
Wait, weren’t they cosplaying as “very fine people”.
Why the outrage?
Most of the comments here at the time defended the white nationalist pieces of shit at that organized and attended that rally.
Many of the commenters here supported the rally.
Christopher Cantwell, one of the chief organizers, opened his civil defense with a racist diatribe and used the N word. This guy was the leader of these “very fine people”.
Youngkin is campaigning as an ally of these “very fine people”…trying to ban critical race theory from being taught in schools. It wasn’t being taught in public schools, and this fuckwit should know that. But Younkin is appealing to the mouth drooling morons outraged by critical race theory.
Even though “critical race theory being taught in public schools” was not a thing that was happening. Even the vast majority of college students will not have critical race theory be part of any of their class curriculums during their entire education.
It is mostly discussed in law schools, among some social science grad students, and in a very few, almost all elective, upper division undergrad classes.
And it is not actually a controversial theory.
The controversy is entirely invented by idiots who have no idea what the theory actually says and are being triggered to be outraged by grifter khaki-nationalist propagandists like Tucker Carlson
Youngkin is not an avowed white supremacists…but he does say the things white supremacists love to hear and he is counting on their vote.
“Why the outrage?”
A hat tip to Obama and his fake outrage comment?
You really do wear it on your sleeve don’t cha.
And there you are, opening your piehole through your keyboard showing your ass.
Congratulations, *again*, and thanks for your commentary. It’s greatly appreciated here and vigorously enlightening and educational.
Now I can go one about my day.
Whew.

Hey spapos, read and comprehend. And this is just one example of proof that you are, once again, WRONG!

Stop with the lies. McAuliffe’s own administration pushed it for fuck’s sake.

“Most of the comments here at the time defended the white nationalist pieces of shit at that organized and attended that rally”
Oh yeah? Prove it. Since nothing ever gets deleted here that should be like shooting fish in a barrel. But yet again you are wrong….
Once again, there’s so much racism that they have to hoax some up.
Stop horsing around (KeeK).
Well, I’m not saying anything but, with a name like “ Koshaun Dion Baker”, this individual “needed” a horse.
It’s not like a dude like ChipNASA has a unit large enough to satisfy a horse 🐴 or else I’d be in another career field. 😁
Now we know what Heels Up’s sekrit trip out west was all about.

Debra Messing is ANOTHER Stupid Person of the Week.
She FELL for the Babylon Bee article about Ole Ralphie Boy was dressed as a KKK member at the failed Lincoln Project/Virginia Democratic Party HOAX.
What A Maroon.
“Debra Messing Says Republicans ‘Still Defend The Nazis’ From Charlottesville Rally: The ‘Wedding Date’ Star Responded To A Parody Article About An Anti-Trump Group’s Political Stunt Near Republican Glenn Youngkin’s Campaign Bus”:
https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/debra-messing-republicans-nazis-charlottesville-youngkin-lincoln-project
“The 53 year actress took to Twitter on Friday to address the fake “Unite the Right” members that were planted in front of Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin’s campaign bus by the anti-Trump group The Lincoln Project.”
“She retweeted a parody article claiming that one of the conservative stand-ins – depicted as a member of the Ku Klux Klan in the parody – was actually Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam.”
“Wait WHAT???” Messing wrote in her response, sparking many commenters to point out that the article was, in fact, fake.”
“Not long after, the “Will & Grace” alum clarified she didn’t actually fall for the joke, but was merely demonstrating a point.”
“When a Twitter user called the star “stupid” for falling for an “obvious hoax,” she fired back.”
“Oh, I didn’t fall for it, nor do I approve of it, but the POINT is Republicans still defend the Nazis with tiki torches at #Charlottesville,” Messing tweeted. “& now there is faux outrage bc they don’t want voters reminded of their most loyal ( and welcomed) supporters.”
The Babylon Bee article that Debra Messing fell for:
“KKK Member Posing By Glenn Youngkin’s Bus Turns Out To Be Ralph Northam”
https://babylonbee.com/news/kkk-member-posing-by-glenn-younkins-buss-turns-out-to-be-ralph-northam
You can see why she’d fall for that. Governor Ralph “Coon Man” Northam (who supports infanticide) is a fan of the robe’s of his party’s original militant arm.
She’s dumber than a bag of hammers, and considerably less useful.
Don’t judge Koshaun Dion Baker too harshly. The only thing that he wanted was to be in a stable relationship.
A country where fucking a horse is a crime is not a country worth living in.
Let he who has never had sex with a horse raise their hoof.
Ice fishing in October.
Nope. Not even in Minnesota.
I can see someone from Wisconsin doing that, I mean, they love the Packers over there. But, us folks here in Minnesota? We wait until there’s at least an inch of ice before we try driving our F 250s on Big Walleye Lake.
