Woman called racist for calling police on black women that robbed her

A defector from North Korea, Yeonmi Park, faced robbery in the hands of three black women. She attempted to detain one as she called the police. However, as she attempted to do this, bystanders accused her of being racist for calling the police. She was also called racist for identifying the perpetrator as a thief.

A report from CWB Chicago, however, said that Lecretia Harris, 29, was sentenced to two years in connection with the incident.
Harris pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint as part of a deal with prosecutors.
Park said that speaking out about such incidents had made her an ”enemy of the woke.”
Park says she was 13 when she and her family fled North Korea in 2007.
She lived in China and South Korea before coming to the US and attending New York’s Columbia University in 2016.
She has been outspoken of late regarding “woke” culture in the United States, saying it reminds her of the “censorship” of North Korea.
Park said in June she was shocked by the censorship Columbia University imposed on her by teaching her how to think.
“I literally crossed the Gobi Desert to be free and I realized I’m not free, America’s not free,” she told The Post at the time.
She also recently criticized Olympian Gwen Berry — accusing her of being spoiled for turning her back on the US flag.

Some of the reasons that I posted that article is to show the retarded nature of “being woke”, of being politically correct, etc. I’m looking at this from a “being held accountable for the consequences of one’s actions” perspective, no matter what the color of your skin is.
You’re not going to see that, as you’d rather see racism where there is none.

News item in the paper this morning: two sets of gangbangers (6 in one group, 4 in the other, all part of the same gang) were arrested for gang activity in my county. They had been planning a drive–by shooting spree, maybe two of them.

Whatever happened to all the “stop Asian hate” stuff from last month, anyway? Too many people must have done their research and figured out that the substantial majority of hate crimes directed at Asians in this country are in fact committed by racist black perpetrators (y’know, just like this incident), and that the only instances of racial discrimination against Asians you’re gonna find in America all occur at leftist universities.

Calling a thief a thief is being truthful. There are as many varieties of thieves as there are human beings. Your color does not make you a thief. Stealing shit makes you a thief.
The woman who assailed her was more than a thief; she was a strong-arm robber. Robbery is one of the five most dangerous felonies. Theft is not, as it does not involve the use of force against the victim.

My wife’s nurse (an immigrant from China) told us how she started as a CNA in Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and had to drive through the hood to get to work. She said young thugs would jump on cars at stoplights and harass drivers. I asked her if that would happen in China. She said no, that never happens there.
