Francine Blair Bogumil, 40, rammed her SUV into a rented GMC Yukon, pushing it into her ex-husband’s garage door last year. She threatened the ex-husband’s girlfriend and later spat at a law enforcement officer who responded to the scene. She recently was recommended for disbarment.

From the International Business Times:

The charges and complaints stemmed from an incident that occurred on April 30, 2020, where Bogumil drove her Land Rover into the back of a rented GMC Yukon parked in her ex-husband’s driveway at approximately 3:30 a.m., sending the GMC SUV into the garage door. She exchanged face slaps with her former husband and hurled objects at his girlfriend’s sedan, shattering the vehicle’s windows.

Shortly before police arrived, Bogumil reportedly yelled, “I will kill you, b—h!” at the girlfriend. She then told an Orange County deputy, “No. F–k you!” and spat at him after he asked her to stop shouting at him when he was attempting to talk to her ex-husband.

Bogumil was set free on May 3, 2020, after posting bond and violated standard no-contact orders six days later on May 9.

According to court documents, Bogumil contacted her ex-husband and left social media messages for his girlfriend, including one that said, “next is your mom and pops. I’d back the f–k off if I were u. Just saying. You’ve been warned to stay away from my kids.”

Prosecutors motioned for her bond to be revoked, but a judge instead ordered her to undergo inpatient treatment.

Court documents included a November flier Bogumil had made and threatened to post at local establishments, which contained a picture of her two kids and an unlabeled picture of her former husband with a claim that the kids have not been seen by Bogumil since May 4.

The International Business Times has more on this story.

You got to give Francine credit for having a running Land Rover. The rest of her act doesn’t sound so good

She is definitely All Points Logistics material. Phil Monkress should bring her on as their legal representative when they send out cease and desist orders to military sites exposing his false claims of being a Navy SEAL.

Maybe she’ll fly herself into oblivion with a sport plane and save the court system a few buckets of money?

That’s kind of like lightning striking twice. I don’t think her ex-husband would be so lucky.
