Retired Flag Officers Sign Letter Questioning 2020 Election, Biden’s Mental Health.

| May 13, 2021

More than 120 retired Flag Officers posted an open letter questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election results and President Joe Biden’s mental and physical health. “Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the ‘will of the people’ our Constitutional Republic is lost,” stated the letter, which was released Monday by “Flag Officers 4 America” and signed by 124 former admirals and generals.

I recall Trump receiving such a letter as well, but only from 55-ish disgruntled Flags. Likely the latest will have much the same effect, too, unfortunately. Still, at least for the moment at least Joe leads with a commanding percentage of letters from retired senior officers who seem to have some time to spare.

Over 120 Retired Flag Officers Warn Country is Under Assault from Socialism and Marxism

KRISTINA WONG

Over 120 retired military flag officers warned in a letter Monday that the country is in “deep peril” and under “tremendous assault” from those believing in socialism and Marxism, and encouraged Americans to get more politically involved to act against it.

“Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty,” the retired officers wrote.

They slammed the 2020 election process and argued that Democrat House bill H.R. 1 and its Senate companion bill S. 1 would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power. They wrote:

Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the ‘will of the people’ our Constitutional Republic is lost. Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc.

Today, many are calling such commonsense controls ‘racist’ in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a tyrannical intimidation tactic. Additionally, the ‘Rule of Law’ must be enforced in our election processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020. Finally, H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and ending our Representative Republic.

Here’s where it gets ugly,

That Democrats don’t even want to let anyone look into and disprove election fraud claims (just call people “racist” who ask about it) makes me think they’re guilty.

If you look at any of the developments that have been coming out of the Maricopa County audit, it’s getting more damning by the day, if not by the hour. The latest indicates that subpoenaed databases were deleted/wiped immediately before the drives on which they were stored were handed over. Apparently the sheriff (who was elected via a copious disbursement of Soros bucks, by the way) is trying to claim that they held “sensitive law enforcement information.” Obvious bullshit, but the few LSMers who are even acknowledging it are swallowing it without question, completely unlike their approach to a wide range of other LE issues.

For you litigators in the TAHverse, I have heard that destruction of evidence is supposed to be legally construed as an admission of guilt. Is that true?

rgr769

Destruction of evidence during pending litigation is known as spoliation of evidence. In most states, it can result in the side destroying or hiding evidence losing on the issue the evidence proves or might prove. It creates an irrebuttable presumption of facts against the party guilty of spoliation.

I am uncertain how that would be applied in a legislative investigation like the Maricopa election audit. If a court would actually litigate one of these election fraud cases on the merits, then the deletion of these computer files would have serious adverse consequences for the parties ordering or doing the deleting.

It’s about time the retirees from the Military are speaking up and that ulrich and golby sound like they are part of the Supreme Ruler’s DC kremlin.

Good for the ones who signed on to this letter. Although it is nothing any of us have note said or believed, perhaps it will ring in some different, middle-of-the-road ears.

Didn’t like it when retired liberal flag officers were running their suck under Trump. I don’t like it now they are doing it under Biden.

You’re retired. Enjoy the feathered nest you get from being a flag officer and STFU about politics unless you are running for office.

Poetrooper

As one of the older ground combat veterans on this site, ol’ Poe would remind you that no one has a greater entitlement to express their views on the wellbeing of the nation than those who have devoted their lives in service to it or placed their lives on the line in such service.

You truly surprise me with your thoughtless comment. Based on your previous presence on this site, I expected more reasoned insights from you, officer, and I am truly disappointed.

rgr769

I agree. As a former Regular Army Officer, I believe it is about time that those that have not sold out to the D-rat corruptocrats stand up for our country and honor their oaths. If H.1/S.1 is passed, we can kiss this republic goodbye.

11B-Mailclerk

Commissioned officers should not be going anywhere near Article 88.

Stay in your lane, sirs. If you haven’t resigned that commission, you are still an officer.

Stay in your lane.

Poetrooper

Mail, you surprise me even more than penguinman. If flag officers who have devoted their lives in service to this country don’t have a right to express their concerns when they see this country being harmed, then, pray tell, just who the hell does?

Would you be opposed to the idea of enlisted men endorsing such a letter?

But then we both know, no one in the media or the government would pay the least attention to such a letter of concern signed by a bunch of old NCO’s and privates, would they?

11B-Mailclerk

Article 88 kinda speaks for itself. Note the restrictions. Disparaging comments by commissioned officers, not ok.

“President Null is mentally defective” is not acceptable for a commissioned officer to state publicly. I don’t care if the Null is beloved or loathed, Donk or Rino.

That Article exists for good reason. I see no reason to waive it.

rgr769

Well, if the Vindman brothers can get away with their seditious and insubordinate conduct with no consequences, it looks like Article 88 is a dead letter. This should especially be true for retired officers. Since I have been a civilian for over 35 years, I am free to say anything I please about these corrupt bastards, including Gropey Joe and his band of Ho’s.

C2Show

Agreed. Funny how some people like to skirt and tread on dangerous grounds. It is wrong and the officers shouldnt be doing it.

The minute someone they can’t stand does this…they will drag them to hell.

Double standards, gotta love em.

Poetrooper

The military itself waives it for retired personnel:

https://www.military.com/benefits/military-legal/can-military-retirees-make-political-statements.html

“While retirees are technically subject to the UCMJ, they are usually only charged under it for serious crimes. In fact, Army Regulation 27-10 states, “Army policy provides that retired Soldiers … will not be tried for any offense by courts-martial unless extraordinary circumstances are present.”

Question is does Dr. Jill or Kamala have the football.

It’s good. Rachel Levine has it.

Well, the French army’s leadership has already come out and given Macron the “Either you unfuck this mess or we will” ultimatum regarding France’s skyrocketing crime, civil unrest, and leftist/islamist violence.

I admit I’m a touch curious how many (if any) of the signers of this letter also added their names to the infamous TDS letter. Any overlappers can be safely assumed to be attention whores. Otherwise, none of their complaints are inaccurate, except the one about our Republic being “in danger.” It’s already gone. The presidential election was subverted in plain sight and nothing was done about it. I would very much like to be wrong about this, but I don’t see a way to restore it without bullets and blood. Power seized is never relinquished willingly.

KoB

How long before they are called back to active duty and persecuted (yes persecuted) for “Conduct Unbecoming”, or “…activities detrimental to good order and discipline”, or…”reasons”?

Just because they are speaking the “Truth to Power” doesn’t mean they should. And just because they are saying out loud what millions of Americans are thinking to be the truth, doesn’t mean they should. Want to make a difference and try to bring back the Constitutional Republic that we swore an oath to defend? Run for office. You won’t get elected (free and fair elections are now placed into the dustbin of History), but at least your voice will be heard.

Very apropo that you posted the Bonnie Blue Flag on this…Thanks! You could substitute the word “Southern Rights” for “American Rights” and it would fit what we are facing today. “We are a Band of Brothers, and Native to the Soil….”

This cut contains all of the lyrics. Put aside your preconceived notions of “All things Confederate…BAD!” and give it a listen.

“called back to active duty and persecuted (yes persecuted)”

There ya go again with the double indendre.
