Black Man Pushes White Woman, 68, Towards Tracks
How fast will his pushing an old woman towards the tracks be forgotten if he were to die in police custody in the aftermath of resisting arrest? His mask is down in the video, was it down when he pushed the senior citizen? (ABC7/NYPD)
A 68 year old White Woman was standing, waiting for her next ride. A Black man walked by her and attacked her. She tried to hold on to avoid falling down right onto the track area. The man kept attacking her until she had to let go. He caused her to fall onto the tracks. A couple of good Samaritans helped her get out of the danger area.

“She’s traumatized, as we all are,” said her daughter, who didn’t want her name used. “She says she saw the man walk past her. He kept kicking and stomping her…When she finally couldn’t hold on, he pushed her on the tracks.”
Outside the victim’s Ridgewood home, her daughter tells Eyewitness News the attack left her mother with five broken bones in her back. And if it weren’t for the actions of two good Samaritans that helped her up, she may have died.
“She wishes that she knew who they personally were to thank them, because if it wasn’t for them she could have been killed,” she said.
The victim is a Serbian immigrant and housekeeper for a family in Chelsea. She has been supporting her sick husband and parents, but she is now fearful for her life and doesn’t want to return to work.
“He didn’t take her phone, he didn’t take her wallet, he didn’t take her bag,” her daughter said. “Being that he called her a ‘cracker,’ we are thinking it’s just because she’s white.”
The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, 40-50 years of age, last seen wearing all dark clothing.

Sounds like the website “Nextdoor”.. for those not familiar, it’s kinda a local facebook thing… not bad for keeping up with what’s going on in your immediate area, but has the same issues as the bigger version. The one thing that’s notable on the admin side is that if you’re reporting suspicious or criminal activity in the area, giving a description of the vehicle, activities, etc is totally acceptable, but don’t you DARE give an accurate description of the individuals involved, ESPECIALLY if they have “dark complexions”, because that definitely wouldn’t be relevant to catching criminals.
