Herman Cain, the former Republican presidential candidate and affable business magnate, died Thursday after being hospitalized for coronavirus.
Former Cain staffer Ellen Carmichael tweeted Thursday morning: “I’m very saddened to learn of the passing of my former boss, Herman Cain. I’m bracing for the cruelty online about how he deserved to get COVID and die because of his politics. We’re living in a dark time. But, they didn’t know him. I did.”
I have no doubt that many will blame Trump for having a rally. If I decide to put myself at risk by attending a rally for Midget Stippers, please do not blame the Little People if I die.

While the professional Race Baiters are glorifying another race baiter, the Gentleman who was a true epitome of what ANY person who applied themself could do in this Country, quietly goes to his reward.
Somehow I doubt that we will see the postering on TV over Mr. Cain’s passing that we have seen for the last week. Just saying. Not only a good man, but knew a good pizza too.
God speed, Mr. Cain. We have lost another great American. It was a pleasure to support his candidacy for president of these United States.
Wow! I just saw his interviews in the Larry Elder documentary and was so inspired how Herman Cain approached life.

It appears he got it at the Tusla rally. Several people who attended the rally, including 6 people working for the RNC and Trump campaign were confirmed to have it at the rally.
We will never know for sure since contact Tracing was not done for his contacts prior to the Rally.

Those claiming masks don’t work are morons misunderstanding the difference between effective at preventing exposure and effective at reducing the probability of infection.
Exposure requires what is called an “infectious dose”, that is slightly different for each person and seems to be low for covid, but it Is absolutely certain that masks and distance significantly reduce the probability of you being exposed to an infectious dose or exposing others to an infectious dose.
Wearing masks does not prevent the spread but it significantly reduces the probability of spread between two people.
So masks are effective.
Lowering the R0 is about adopting precautions and behaviors that reduce the probability of spread. It is not about entirely preventing the spread. If the R0 gets below 1 the virus dies off in the population. Even if it remains above 1, the lower the R0 the fewer cases over time.
Wearing a mask reduces your risk, but more importantly; it helps protect others. In fact it is more effective at protecting others than yourself.
Surgical masks have been used by medical teams to protect patients for almost 100 years. They work.
Wear them. And stop listening to idiots claiming they don’t work. Or idiots claiming it is a an infringement on their freedom to be told to not be an infectious spew hole to others.
It should not be a partisan issue.
Masks increase freedom because it allows people to to resume many normal day to day activities without being at significant risk of being infected.

Okay, he had vivid when he died, he was also suffering from stage 4 cancer and most probably undergoing chemo and/or radiation therapy. I too was diagnosed with cancer, stage 4, and went through the chem radiation route. One thing I was told was that if I even got a cold I was to get to the cancer clinic for immediate care. They told me that the combined treatments would knock my immune system on it’s ass. I was lucky. Herman Cain wasn’t. Today I hate wearing a mask, I don’t believe that they do much if any good because they aren’t fit for the wearers. About the only mask I would trust would be a mk 5 or it’s successor.
Sometimes I think the government is playing a game to see how much they can get away with before the people tell them where to get off.
