Scotty sent this to us over the weekend and I was holding on to it for a drought, but our own Ex-PH2 was excited that Daniel A. Bernath was a PH2, too. Just by looking at the rank on his sleeve, you can tell he’s a phony since, instead of laying out the bucks for new rank, he had a stripe embroidered on the sleeve. He has service stripes for twenty years of service, but his FOIA tells a different story;
3 years and change in active service, and a couple of years in the Reserves. Now let’s do some math – you’ll need most of your fingers, he’s wearing seven awards in the picture and the FOIA says that he has five. Well, finally we got a Navy phony who is not a SEAL.

Ahh my dear little brother, Swabjockey1. I really didn’t want to get involved in this because I am not a blogger, I do want to correct a couple of things. First, I am a federal Administrative Law Judge, not an appellate Judge like my brother said. It is a good job and far better than I ever thought I would achieve as a kid growing up. I did report Bernath to the Bar for lying in court. Since then, he has filed many Bar complaints against me, all of which were dismissed,but which cost me thousands of dollars to defend. He also has slandered me extensively, by fabricating matters and making it appear that they came from the Oregon state Bar, on his website. As you all know, he is a prolific blogger and a liar with no conscience whatsoever. He is a cyber bully without peer. He is also the most evil and mean spirited human I have ever known, and I am 64 years old. He has written letters to the IRS, to my creditors and even my wife and my children claiming that I am a fraud and liar. Finally, I had enough and filed a slander lawsuit against him in January this year. We will see how that one turns out. It is the first lawsuit I have ever filed but I just reached the point that I knew somebody has to make this guy accountable. I have paid a price for holding him professionally accountable, and I am prepared to endure all he can throw at me to get him off my back. You have no idea how difficult it was to explain to my children (who needed no explanation) why their father is the target of such vile slander. There have been a few more misconceptions floating out there which I need to correct: 1. Bernath has been disbarred from practicing in Social Security Courts. These people know no shame and delude themselves into believing that their miserable, under-achieving lives are somehow enhanced by taking honor and credit they do not deserve. But there is a third group of miscreants who are particularly deserving of our scorn. These are the ones who attempt to harm decent people whose accomplishments and meaningful lives they envy. They are not content in exaggerating, lying, or even stealing: In their twisted minds, their miserable existences are improved and their imaginary value is enhanced by attacking those whose integrity and decency is unquestioned in the community. These are the most loathsome of creatures and, curiously, they cannot see that in attempting to douse another’s light, they extinguish their own.

Being outed is nothing new for Danny. He was exposed as a valor thief 3 years back on another forum. This guy is unable to feel any embarrassment, no matter what. Just like the Judge’s story, he’s doing the same thing to the people he’s sued concerning his crash. His tactic: “proof by repeated assertion”. He will file lawsuits and then references them as proof in other venues. He writes letters and blogs and posts like crazy. Lie after lie after lie.

I can only imagine how hard it would be to try to maintain dignity and professionalism while constantly being nattered at by the daiper stain that Bernath is.
